Jed D was so helpful! I think customer service is the main thing when it comes to running the apps in Shopify. He was able to stay with me on the chat while I made the changes on my website. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll also take this moment to review the app. It does help us generate more revenue with how the bulk buy and product recommendations work. Plus... It's got a review function too! WTH! IT'S ALL IN ONE! I'm deleting some of my apps now. This absolutely saves me money! Thanks again Vitals! Highly recommended this app to all businesses out there. And when I recommend it, I mean it. I rarely do reviews myself. And this app deserves my time and effort to review them. If I could give 1000 stars, I would!

Cool app that closes a lot of issues for the online store, I use about a third of the app, very good effect on conversion rate. Also good fast support!

This app contains so much value within. The support team is spectacular at handling inquiries, as this is my second time reaching out for technical support! John Seth had assisted me with the animated add to cart app thoroughly, responding very quickly to my surprise. Excellent.

I would recommend this app - all features I have used have worked well, is simple to use, video explanation for anything I didn't understand, and seems like really good value. Any issues I had (had 2 minor issues with app placement on various pages) I used their chat feature and their team responded and resolved it instantly.

We do experience a lot of troubles with the "free gift" part. This does not go smooth at all. But the service of Kliphord D. is amazing! Super fast for adjusting designs on the our webshop. Thank you for your service!

La mejor aplicación que he tenido para Shopify. Es muy completa y funciona genial pero sobretodo me gustaría destacar la atención al cliente 24/7 de máxima calidad. Cada vez que he tenido un problema me lo han solucionado en un momento, siendo incluso cosas complicadas. Le doy un 10/10 a Jed que con su trabajo hace que sea más fácil el nuestro.
