Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

This app have all vital add on for our store so we don't need to subscribe to many apps, and the support are quick and helpful anytime you need it.

I needed to update my theme and took the opportunity to install Vitals, replacing four other apps that I no longer need. The pricing is the same once those four apps are added up, and Vitals has a lot more functionality that I am looking forward to utilizing. But the main reason I am reviewing them right now is because their customer service absolutely ROCKS. I've been texting their tech reps several times an hour this entire evening, and every time I ask a question or have a problem, they are able to immediately answer or fix it for me. Literally as I type this, a tech rep is helping me fix a formatting issue with the review stars. Seriously, I am so impressed with this app!

I had a need to put reviews for a specific product on a landing page and couldn't find how to do this in the documentation. So, I got ahold of the support team at Vitals and they were able to help me make it happen. Very professional and very helpful. It is obvious their team cares about customers. Very refreshing.

I have used a lot of the features of this app so far. My engagement has gone way up. I also was surprised at how quickly customer support got back to me to fix the color of a button (within an hour it was done!)

vitals is great. At very low price you can get everything you need to your business to start scaling.

This review is completely unsolicited like some of the other apps out there. The value is incredible, there are so many apps that are extremely helpful and the videos for each one are great!

I don't use everything this app is offering but using few basic stuff. I never needed support before but recently when I had an issue with the images, I requested help and even though it was a weird time they replied within 10-20 minutes resolving the issue. If you need the app, keep in mind that they do have support which is important factor to decide.

I used this app about 1 year. All good ,but I need multiple language translation, this was very important for me.

The customer service is prompt and great. The app is user friendly and have many features in one app.

Great app with so many uses. A friend recommended it to me today, I wish I founds it long ago. I've paid a lot to have things coded into my site when this app would have worked great. Its also much simpler having everything you need in one app that works so well together. Their support is also fantastic. I needed help moving the location of my 'Recently viewed' and 'Frequently bought together' sections. I went on the live chat with Michael J and within not even 10 minutes he'd sorted it for me. Much quicker than having to wait around for someone to email back. For all its uses its well worth the monthly fee. Im sure some sticky cart apps are $10 alone so this is great value.

This is hands down the most useful app I have, and most valuable return on investment. I have boosted my order value using the volume discounts feature. It is so easy for customers to add a second item and see the savings right from their cart.

This app is awesome and will help a lot with store functionality. A lot of apps are integrated all in one! You don't need anything else for your store. Plus support is great, they answer in minutes and they are very professional. 100% I would recommend Vitals!
