Hulk Volume Discount app is a really helpful and powerful app for increasing conversions. We’ve been using it for a while now, and the experience has been great. The app allows us to create volume-based offers and schedule promotions easily, which has helped drive better engagement and sales for our store. The setup is flexible and works smoothly without affecting performance. Thanks to Manoj from the team, he was truly helpful and supportive throughout the implementation process, making everything seamless for us. So many bugs. Wasted hours trying to work them out. Support was so slow in responding and then although they tried, I frequently had to ask the same question multiple times. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had so far on shopify.

Did you know they charge more if you grow? No added service. If you pay for plus - you get to pay 4 times as much for the same exact app. Look elsewhere! A frustrating mess from start to finish. Features work only when they feel like it, and support could only shrug and confirm the app is “acting strangely” with no remedy in sight. Their solution is to not use hulk apps with express checkout - as they are not compatible. Strongly recommend avoiding Hulk apps.
