Love the Hulk Apps team - they are always fantastic at helping out when things aren't working properly. The app can be a bit temperamental sometimes (not sure if that's a shopify problem or an app problem) but the Hulk Apps team are always super quick to help out and fix it if possible. Would recommend.

Adis was very helpful in the install process and helping us overcome some of the tricky details within our styling of the website. We would love to have the ability for a coupon to be issued on the cart page rather than the checkout page. For this reason, we potentially will have to build out this module internally but for now, this will work! REPLY we would love to see this discount input in checkout extensibility. That would help improve the customer experience.

It would be great if volumen prices can be published in product grid (collection details) and not only in the product page.

Great support so far, and it is a really reasonable pricing as some app with similar function may charged by basic monthly fee and transaction fee depending the revenues generated by their app. We just installed and haven’t test if the discount function is stable enough, as we have used the similar app before which is really unstable. It can applied discount before checkout, but the discount didn’t work after clicking the checkout button. Hope the app doesn’t have this kind of problems.

The support team is so bad. They ignore me when they can not fix the issue properly. There is no idea for me to use this app. The man who ignored me was Vatsal. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー After this review, the expert came up. He help me solving the problem.Thank you very much.

Highly recommended. Easy to operate and set. The only problem is that the content is not rich enough, and there are too few customization places.The display style should be more diverse.

While the set up is not very user/beginner friendly, the support team was helpful with the installation process. Once installed, had to make some adjustments to the desired discount offer because it is not very intuitive in the settings (i.e. how to differentiate between USD (price discount) & USD (fixed price) when there is no explanation about the difference between the two or how to set it up). So it meant having to go back and forth with making adjustments and double-checking that the discount offer reflected in the front-end of the store was accurate. Other than that, the app is doing its job.

The Price discount will offer an amount or percentage Off on each product while the Fixed-price will allow getting each product for a certain amount or percentage. The VolumeBoost App goes between 5* and 2*. It can work beautifully for months... and then something happens. Latest issue was that customers tagged as trade received the right discount messages... but the wrong discount actually applied. Very annoying and most likely lost sales and a number of "I did not get the right discount".. with following apologies and refunds admin from our side. Credit to HulkApps (and they act with urgency) they put their developers on the issue and resolved the issue overnight... but I have not idea how many customer have come in and expected another discount and then left because they could not be bothered to raise the issue. More testing and quality assurance anf then we can maybe come back to 5 stars. Will review again in 6 months. Foe people who looked at the app in the past - please note that more customising features have been added.

I like this app but I wish you could manage the discounts directly from the product page on the Shopify backend. I tried the manual installation but that didn't work. I reached out to support and they were able to quickly solve the problem.

We used the app for our bundle discounts. Really like how it gives us the option to be variant specific with our discounts. It would be nice if it didn't lag and refresh while the discount is applying by our customers, and if the discount code box didn't disappear randomly. It confuses our customers and we get a lot of support emails because of it. All in all, the app does what it's supposed to do, but it has some issues that make it confusing for our customers. PS: The customer support is really good. They care, they're knowledgeable, and they're fast to respond.

A very good app and the installation support was excellent. Definitely made it easier to have pricing promotions on the website. I could not give 5 stars as I think it is missing something useful; the ability to set the text on a per promotion basis. For example, in one product category, you may want the product table to say Mix & Match, whilst on another Buy 3 etc. The ability to tailor the text per promo would make it 5 stars. That said very happy and would recommend.

Very good app and good customer service! I would give it a 5 star but it doesn't work with the buy now button nor does it work properly with abandoned carts.

The app does what we need it to do and offers a variety of options. When I did get stuck, Amit resolved my issue promptly.

This is a nice addition to Shopify since Shopify does not provide bulk discounts, only percentages off products with a coupon code. HulkCode provides a nice interface to substitute for this. It's reasonably easy to manage once you get used to it, and displays on the product pages nicely.

I am trying to get some answers before I spend the time setting up the app - this review is actually on the accessibility of getting answers - 3 attempts to get info using messenger, email, phone - getting the advertisements from downloading the app BUT absolutely no communication besides that - at this point I would go knock on their door if I could this looks like a great app UPDATED REVIEW: communication has been great now - looking forward to finishing up our shop & opening - thank you

The service with this app is excellent! The only thing that keeps me from giving the app a 5 is the discount does not show on the product page. Outside of that the app works great!

I use the app to add bulk discounts to my items, but sometimes the functionality breaks after an update. Usually I can fix any issues that crop up, but this time I couldn't locate the change. Contacted support and they fixed the issue after a day, creating a backup incase anything else messed up, which shopify itself doesn't seem to do properly. Pleased with the fix.
