Great support. Was expecting to do some back and forth through email, but everything was quickly resolved over live chat. They (re)installed? after it didn't see to be working on a new setup. At the same time explain all the changes they made which was important to know due to conflicts. App also looks like it good backend coding. Impressed!

We have been incredibly happy with this app! We have complicated pricing structures throughout our site and this app checks all of our boxes. Customer service has also been excellent. I had a few questions during the installation process and the development team was quick to respond and help with all of questions.

I've been offering small quantity discounts on my store since I started, and had been updating everything manually, which as you might imagine, is Not terribly efficient. I finally decided to invest in something that would do it for me automatically and I'm really happy with VolumeBoost. Less work for me overall, and the customer service is incredibly responsive, competent and friendly. Initial launch was a little tricky, but support was very responsive and totally on top of it! Got our Black Friday sale up and going the right way!
