Mrs. Khushbu was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to help me set everything up personally and I cannot thank her enough more! she was attentive, explained everything I needed to know, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it! Great suite of apps and fast customer service response! App does take some work to install but the dev team takes care of any hiccups without a problem!

This app fills a vital requirement that no other app would. Support was extremely fast in fixing a recent issue when our theme updated to Shopify 2.0. They also fixed an ongoing issue that I'd never mentioned to them - so went above and beyond what I had requested.

App was easy to setup and easy to use. I needed a bit of help for the app to display on my store, and their customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond and work with me to have the app fit the look of my store.

Great support staff, they get back quick. The product is great too. Easy to turn on/off if you need. The only downside is it doesn't allow BOGO discount codes on top of a volume discount. But easy to turn off if you want to run BOGO sale.

I requested a premium installation and it was done within the hour. I immediately started creating my discounts and had several questions. Tech support got online with me and walked me through everything in a matter of minutes. This app is SO MUCH MORE easier to use than the previous quantity discount app I had from another vendor, and the support is quick and attentive. I am more than pleased.

An issue came up that was resolved very quickly! The agent was very patient in helping me to navigate the app changes to make sure my sale runs on time. The app helps me to run an important annual sale and is very easy to use!

Brilliant piece of kit - exactly what we need to automatically use tiered discounts on our store. Customer service are also fantastic with any help needed.
