Product loading is slow， Maybe because my product is too much，Loaded for 20 minutes, has not finished loading
HI there, Larger product catalogs do take longer to load. However, we've improved this significantly and a store with 10,000+ products can now, in most cases, complete the sync within 5-10 minutes. Thank you. A

This is an amazing app. It was very easy to customize. I am very pleased with the app and feel it will really help my store grow and improve. Hulk Code also helped me get it set up and it works perfectly. Thanks for a great app Hulk Code!

The email support is amazing. They installed the app for me, and it works great. My add to cart button and quantity button were not aligned and they fixed that as well. Highly suggest anyone to use this developer as they are nice and will cater to your needs. Very helpful and very responsive, I get answers and fixes back within 12 hours and most of the time within a few hours. This app is free and so is the support, why not give it a try? Anyone of the people that rated this app as one star didn't bother trying to contact them. My app didn't work at first either because another app was messing it up. I got the others app code removed and contacted them and they installed the code. Works like a dream now. Rate this as helpful as these guys don't get enough love. This is the first time I ever felt I needed to leave a review. I have never left a review, and my shop has been open for over a year.

I had a bit of an issue installing the app, but the support team was great and installed everything for me really quickly. Very happy with the support and the functionality of the app, great service and free! Awesome!

I am totally satisfied with the bulk discount app. what's more important to me though is when I need help; the customer service is awesome. Rather than like most developers they actually offer to go into your store and make any modifications to the code that are necessary. This is huge because we're not web developers, we just sell stuff. Having them be able to fix or modify or check the code on their end saves us valuable time, saves us from making code errors, and shows a truly authentic "caring" for their customers. When all other things are equal, choose these guys. You'll thank me later that you did.

Their customer support is excellent as they helped me resolve a theme related problem with a great turn-around time. Great app if you're looking for a way to provide volume discounts for your customers!

I am having customers who use Internet Explorer complain they cannot check out. I reached out to Shopify for help and they advised it was this app. I reached out to Hulk's support and they said "I would like to inform you that our application doesn't function well with IE browser as it doesn't supports the latest version of JQuery." I have customers leaving without purchasing because they can't checkout. Just letting anyone who have customers using Internet Explorer to be cautious using HulkApps products.

Great App great support they even assist me with code issue ,and all for free . 7 months after installation i had an issue with code because of other App. they have assist me immediately and i found that they have added many new features to the App . very good

Great communication. I had an issue getting the app to show on my theme but after emailing the HulkApps team, they fixed the problem within a day. Highly recommend you give this app a try above the others.

It's a great and easy to use app! Best one out there - Others were faulty and/or lacked features. The Support Team behind this app is 5 Stars! Took care of everything we needed from start to finish! If only all apps had the support and care Hulk Codes Provides. Great work guys!!!

This has a great app for creating tiered pricing. I need something that let me give my customers tiered pricing, this app was simple to set up and work great.

Not sure if this was an issue with our site or not but as soon as we start syncing products via the app, we lost variations as well as thumbnail photos. When we went back to previous saved versions of template.liquid (before the ap) everything was fine again. Again, this could be something unique to us - as the ap has great reviews - but just a word of warning. We won't use it, unfortunately.
Our app has gone through significant improvements recently and Product Sync error has been fully resolved. We hope you allow our technical experts to jump in and set it up for you. Thank you!

I installed this app on my online store. It applied the discounts as I set up and expected it to on the checkout page, but it didn't show the discount on the view cart page with my theme. I contacted support and they were very helpful in fixing it all up and making sure it integrated properly with my theme. Am still using the app and am quite happy so far. Thank you.

I just installed this app and boom already it has altered my webpages. My featured collections, my related items display and all the items do not line up correctly when viewing a section. I deleted the app yet this problem remains. Sent a ticket in for them to fix this. UPDATE: Hulk has responded quickly to my issues. And then within 24 hours they have "repaired" and or put back and taken care of the issues that arose on my site. I give them a thumbs up for quickly taking care of the issues and they have left the door open for me should anything else look askew. I will consider them in the future and consider their other apps.
