App works exactly as described. Customer service is very good. They helped code the app to work along side others. Would definitely recommend!

The app is completely misleading. I set up a promotion so my customers will save 10% for 1 item, 20% for 2 items, 30% for 3+ items...as the app suggests they can do. I paid for advertising and posted the offer on all my sales channels and social media. Only to get a heap of complaints that it only works if they purchase multiples of the same item. Who wants more than 1 of the same thing?! When I contacted support, they took hours to get back to me and fobbed off my issue saying "sorry we don't support this function". I've had to refund customers the difference, take down all my advertising and re-advertise at my own cost, as well as losing customers trust. Their marketing is completely misleading and the support is non existent.

The email support is amazing. They installed the app for me, and it works great. My add to cart button and quantity button were not aligned and they fixed that as well. Highly suggest anyone to use this developer as they are nice and will cater to your needs. Very helpful and very responsive, I get answers and fixes back within 12 hours and most of the time within a few hours. This app is free and so is the support, why not give it a try? Anyone of the people that rated this app as one star didn't bother trying to contact them. My app didn't work at first either because another app was messing it up. I got the others app code removed and contacted them and they installed the code. Works like a dream now. Rate this as helpful as these guys don't get enough love. This is the first time I ever felt I needed to leave a review. I have never left a review, and my shop has been open for over a year.

I had a bit of an issue installing the app, but the support team was great and installed everything for me really quickly. Very happy with the support and the functionality of the app, great service and free! Awesome!

I am totally satisfied with the bulk discount app. what's more important to me though is when I need help; the customer service is awesome. Rather than like most developers they actually offer to go into your store and make any modifications to the code that are necessary. This is huge because we're not web developers, we just sell stuff. Having them be able to fix or modify or check the code on their end saves us valuable time, saves us from making code errors, and shows a truly authentic "caring" for their customers. When all other things are equal, choose these guys. You'll thank me later that you did.

I am having customers who use Internet Explorer complain they cannot check out. I reached out to Shopify for help and they advised it was this app. I reached out to Hulk's support and they said "I would like to inform you that our application doesn't function well with IE browser as it doesn't supports the latest version of JQuery." I have customers leaving without purchasing because they can't checkout. Just letting anyone who have customers using Internet Explorer to be cautious using HulkApps products.

Great App great support they even assist me with code issue ,and all for free . 7 months after installation i had an issue with code because of other App. they have assist me immediately and i found that they have added many new features to the App . very good

Great communication. I had an issue getting the app to show on my theme but after emailing the HulkApps team, they fixed the problem within a day. Highly recommend you give this app a try above the others.

This has a great app for creating tiered pricing. I need something that let me give my customers tiered pricing, this app was simple to set up and work great.

Not sure if this was an issue with our site or not but as soon as we start syncing products via the app, we lost variations as well as thumbnail photos. When we went back to previous saved versions of template.liquid (before the ap) everything was fine again. Again, this could be something unique to us - as the ap has great reviews - but just a word of warning. We won't use it, unfortunately.
