The app and support is great. It took some time setting up because of the complexity of Product structure but we got it to work. We are using it for Wholesale functionality and are offering our wholesalers tiered discounts. Thanks for their support team on helping us get this setup. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I am currently using the free version of this app. Recently i encounter some issues with the discount feature at the check out page. I contacted their help desk and their response was super fast. They replied within 2 hours and resolved my issue within a day. Even though i am only using the free version they still helped me with my problems. I used this app to give my customers an incentive to buy in bulk. And it has significantly increased my sales. I currently use the basic version for free. Also whenever I needed assistance with anything, the guys at Hulk apps was more than happy to help and was very prompt. I highly recommend this app.

All I can say is WOW! The customer service and dev team are truly AMAZING...I was very skeptical after initially downloading the app to my store and not being able to get to see the discounts being applied automatically at checkout. However, I reached out to CS pretty much kicked back and within 24-36 hrs everything was coded correctly and worked like a charm. THANK YOU for creating such an outstanding app and for hiring such caring people on the front lines to make sure everything runs smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5/5 easily :-)
