The service and support is top notch, and we were able to get up and running in a single session. I definitely appreciate the ability to walk through the app, step by step, and the introduction to functions that I did not even realize were available. If need be I will update this once we have been using it for some time, but for now I am 100% satisfied. Thank you very much to Dealeasy!

Great experience so far ! Widgets are really easy to customize. I reached out to customer service because I wanted to change the position of my progression bar and Trissha was the best ! She answered really fast and my request was treated fast too. Thank you again!

The combination discounts used with tags are okay, but the free shipping bar is total nonsense. First, it cannot distinguish between different countries. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over 50 euros, but for other EU countries, free shipping is applied for orders over 100 euros. And second, we’ve already set free shipping at 50 euros via Shopify, and the free shipping discount in Dealeasy applies this 50-euro threshold. This means we miss out on the shipping fee of 5.95 because it’s deducted from the 50 euros. We deleted the embed app for the free shipping bar.
We appreciate your feedback. We're working on adding country-specific goals for free shipping, with a release planned in the next 1-2 weeks. We can notify you once the feature has been released. We have also emailed you with detailed information.
