I had previously posted a two-star review because we were using the app to create tiered discounts. Since there's no way to exclude any products from this, gift cards were counting towards the total and were being sold at a discount. I reached out to the app support folks to beg for a solution for this, because we love the app otherwise, and they let me know they'd get back to me. In just three days they got back to me to let me know that they fixed it so our gift cards wouldn't be counted towards the free gift total or the tiered discounts. This was such magical customer service! I definitely recommend this app. I will say that it may be a little buggy when you first add it into your store, but the customer service is incredible, and whatever the issue is, they can probably fix it for you!

Currently, we are exploring the possibility of adding a feature to exclude gift card products by default from cart-based discount calculations. We will notify you as soon as the update is released.

Malgré quelques problèmes rencontré lors de l'installation, l'équipe du support client a été super rapide pour essayer de m'aider et ont trouvé les solutions en m'expliquant comment gérer les problèmes par moi-même par la suite. L'application est vraiment très pratique et agréable visuellement. Sincèrement à ce prix et pour un service client aussi serviable et dynamique, je ne suis pas prêt de changer ! Despite a few issues encountered during installation, the customer support team was extremely quick in trying to help me and found solutions while explaining how to manage problems on my own in the future. The app is really convenient and visually appealing. Sincerely, for this price and such helpful and dynamic customer service, I’m not ready to switch anytime soon!

Adding volume discounts has never been so easy! The widget integrates into shopify's templates perfectly, it is easy to customize and manage, and the customer support is ON POINT. Any time I needed assistance, I was helped right away. Highly recommend to all businesses that need volume discounts, free shipping promos, discount tables, and more that they offer. Extremely well priced too, considering it is free for under 50 orders per month. Excellent for starter companies and larger more complex businesses.

This is app is awesome. But more awesome than the app is the client support. I was assisted by Dhina and he helped a lot with some custom features that I wanted to do. I definitely recommend this app.

The shipping progress bar is awesome. I was able to add it to the cart drawer, and it looks excellent. Shoutout to Sudhan Ravi for helping me set that up. We did a quick zoom call and he instructed how to set it up.
