I wish I see these reviews before.. waste of time. Got one order from W., and didn't get paid. They told me about 14 days waiting period but but today is 1/12/17 and the order from november wasn't paid. I emailed them again and today they told me my bank account isn't right, they try to send payment and was rejected by back. BS that what i would like to say.Not planning to sell on this platform. I can't even log in to the account anymore.. BS

Started using Wanelo Nov 27th, Started receiving orders almost right away. Its Jan 2nd, and we've fulfilled almost 20 orders with conformations that the customers have their packages. But we've yet to be paid from Wanelo. When we ask via email(because thats the only way you can get in contact with someone), they send automatic messages. We're in the hold over a thousand dollars with this company, and we've had to suspend all orders coming from Wanelo until we get paid for all packages sent. I think this is a very good sells channel if they get their payment to venders in order. I will post again in a few days to update on payment.

Not much traffic from wanelo compared to last year. Now, they just promote the big company like urban outfitters because they can make more money that way. Pay out is painful, it takes more than two weeks to get your money. On top of that, they say they charge 15%, BUT ACTUALLY they also charge "processing fee" to the VENDORS as well as the CUSTOMERS!!!!!! (we didnt find out about this until one customer emailed us the extra charges on their total. ) Really miss the old wanelo

Claim to take 15% commission. This is copy and pasted from our "seller dashboard" which doesn't really offer any detail about orders or anything with substance. Payment Date Transfers Refunds Adjustments Seller Payout ? 2016/10/15 $13.90 -- -- $9.81 2016/10/22 $12.15 -- -- $8.37 2016/11/01 $12.15 -- -- $8.37 2016/12/01 $19.85 -- -- $14.70 2016/12/05 $10.00 -- -- $6.73 2016/12/09 $19.89 -- -- $14.73 As you can see based on the seller payouts they are taking closer to 30% and it all depends? They are crazy! 15% is a big commission for something like this being as there support is non existent. To top it off these seller payouts haven't even hit our bank. Could have been a cool app. It didn't make our business but it was a good way to get product to new customers. Just wish they would of held there end of deal. Will be contacting BBB and filing police report with there local police. They need to be shut down.

not having a good experience with Wanelo. Their app is not populating my store products and they are not being responsive concerning the issue. They have told me that they will fix the issue then they take a long time to get back to me. I am the one that has to follow up. They then say the issue is fixed but I check and it's not. I alert them and they don't respond.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I sold a couple of products and they won't pay me. I've had to file two complaints on BBB and have contacted their CEO and nobody responds. I'm still waiting for my money. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They ignore emails and its hard to get through to them. They hung up on me while I was talking to a rep. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. DON'T SELL ON THEIR SITE.

I applied to Wanelo through Shopify but there was a problem with my account because I don't have a US ID yet. (I have everything else; company info, tax id etc.) Wanelo support basically told me that I can't have a Wanelo seller account until I get my ID. However a few minutes ago, an order was placed from Wanelo and although I changed the price of the product in Shopify; Wanelo did not update it and sold my product with discounted price. And most frustrating part is I can't even log in and see my Wanelo account details&pages. Just stay away from Wanelo...

Well I have not received many purchases from this app. The purchases I did receive does not list the client's correct phone number nor an email where we can confirm the customer's order. We design custom shoes, personalized cups and etc therefore we need to communicate with our customers by sending pictures. This app does not allow Eshays to properly communicate with our customer base.

Terrible app....I'm going to uninstall it. Last year I would get so many purchases from my website and I would get my payments within a few days. Now I get maybe one purchase every 3 months and then I need to wait an additional month for that one payment to come to me. Why give 15% for that?..no thanks. BYE BYE! https://cococherice.com/

Just set up Wanelo on my shopify http://www.coverlabusa.com and had no issues, easy set up for shopify atleast. Haven't sold anything yet so I'm holding out a star to see how that works, a little worried with all the bad reviews but hopeful so far

I am giving this app a try. I made one sale a week ago. I will update on how long it takes to receive payment. I had an issue wtih my products not syncing. There needs to be an option to manually sync. It had been 12 days since my products updated, so I had wrong prices and products on Wanelo that were no longer availabe in my store. I also had new products that were not showing up. I sent an email, and the issue was resolved the same day. I feel that 15% commission is too much. I can't offer most of my products on Wanelo, because I would have to jack the prices up for my customers. Update: I sold a product on Oct 23, and have not been paid yet. They said that my bank rejected the payment. I contacted my bank, and they said that they did not reject any transaction. They submitted a ticket to their billing department 6 days ago, and I'm waiting on an update. I no longer sell on Wanelo, because it makes no sense to pay 15% and have to wait so long to be paid. I also don't feel that their marketplace is worth giving up 15% of my profits. I did get paid on Dec 7.

Honest review. Tried contacting Wanelo before posting this review and received nothing! BEWARE ! This has to be the worst market place online today! They use pseudonyms ( Diane and Gerald ) to email you. If you use China as a supplier, they will say they can’t track, and will refund the buyer, even when you have sent the product. Terrible Customer Service! They do not reply to anything! They work clearly for the buyer, not you, the seller. Sorry to say, 15 years online and have never dealt with a worse company. If I could leave a zero star I would! BE WARNED!!

I wish I can give Wanelo ZERO stars, they deserve it, they always charge more fees than declared on their agreement and I'll be going to judge them for charging me without my permission. They charged about 30% in fees , late payments, poor support not recommended at all

Cant advertise here and pay is taking so long . Not organized with payments . No pay out tracking, takes 2 hr to have all your edited products to update esp price change. JUST SMH

10/24/16 updated from 2 to 4 stars. We received our most recent payment on time. 10/14/16 we decided to give Wanelo an additional star for finally sending us payment. They were very responsive through emails, but it still took way to long to receive payment. We will update our review once we receive our next payout. 10/6/16 We would have given Wanelo 5 stars, but recently, we had a few orders that we have not received payment for. When we first started using Wanelo, it allowed us to get more exposure and we never had an issue with payment until now. With the other bad reviews recently given, we are hesitant about continuing to use Wanelo. This is money lost for our business.

85% of our Sales are coming from Wanelo and with that we are very thankful! However, we still do have some complains and wish that this could be resolve or updated soon. 1. Not being able to email your customer directly if there are problems with your order, right now, you have to email their support team so they can contact the customer and vice versa. This makes the process takes longer and orders ended up getting cancelled. 2. They don't pay as often as they used to. You already ship the goods and it takes weeks for you to get paid. 3. It is getting harder to do promotions outside of Wanelo. 4. A lot of sellers selling cheap items are dominating the market so it is becoming a battle of who can offer really cheap items. Wanelo is a great social platform to increase your visibility in the market. The app integrates well with Shopify and delivers sales consistently. However, their recent policy changes have really been tough on sellers. They used to pay you after confirming delivery but now the payouts are every 14 days. If you need turnover to keep your store going, this is a bad option. Also, they raised their commission from 10% to 15%.

I just started using wanelo, I haven't had any issues thus far and hopefully it stays that way. EDIT: I got 1 sale and then traffic completely died, I think I'm too late to the party :(

I get a good amount of sales from this platform but the frustration is not worth it. The support team is mediocre at best & unhelpful. They refunded a few orders that has been delivered 3+ weeks ago and do not request the buyer to send the item back...Basically giving my handmade items away for free. They totally disregard your store polices and do not do their job. When I asked for help to have the item sent back or to return the payment Gerald tells me he can't do anything! Half the time I get emailed for orders about tracking info and when I go to check the items are already delivered!!!BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. A few times someone called me about a order and didn't even speak good english so I couldn't understand what they were saying. They now have a system where you only get paid twice a month for orders that were delivered. This disables me since my items are made to order and if I do not have the payment for certain garments I can't buy materials to ship them. I am going to complete all my out standing orders and leaving this joke of a platform for good. Install and sell at your own risk, but be prepared to lose money.
