Easy to set up and user-friendly backend dashboard. I would have given 4 stars due to some design glitches when trying to customize design from within the app, but the developer team was very helpful, quick to respond and helped customize our buttons/forms exactly as needed.

Very easy to setup and customize. Looks great on your site and works as described. The backend reporting is really nice to see what customers are waiting on the most. We had a glitch at first that wouldn’t show the widget on our out of stock items but customer service repaired and fixed it within minutes. So far so good!

The app work perfectly : it allows customers to ask for a notification when a product is back in stock. I use the free version and I am very happy with it. Customer service is also efficient as they answer really quick and fix your problem.

The app itself was easy to install, has worked seamlessly since installation (18 months ago) and CS has been fast and efficient. We recently changed themes and needed an adjustment to the app ... once we requested help from CS, it was resolved within an hour. Great app, excellent CS.
