This app is easy to install and modify. The customer support team was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions.

App was easy to set up. I did reach out to support to customize the look of the confirmation box (colors were not in line with our branding) and they were able to fix it promptly. Looking forward to upgrading to the paid version and getting automatic notifications enabled!

Really poor app. Does not work well. Main functions are not available and support is not helping the issue. E-mails look like spam, because it is not possible to change language on basic and important words. I can't recommend this app!

We have only been using this app for a short amount of time but so far its been great for recording customer details and being able to contact them when a product comes back in stock. The team have been super responsive and helpful with assisting in making sure it looks completely right on our website.

So far so good, only barely had it for a week - but we like the concept, and it was very easy to install and looks nice on the site. When we had an issue, support was extremely quick and friendly with a response within 24 hours.

Great service, easy to set up, very responsive team. All in all, one of the better apps I've used on Shopify.

Some initial teething problems but support was there immediately and resolved the issue straight away. Also took on board our request to add Omnisend to their list of email newsletter subscriptions.

Very impressed ..There were a couple of glitches in getting it to work exactly how i needed it to and contacted the help centre .. I have been amazed at how attentive these guys are in helping sort any/all issues and customising the whole package to my exact needs, even offering to link it to my ESP free of charge and always coming back with progress reports ...
