Just to be clear, this review is for the FREE version of the app. It is nice to be able to keep a list of requests to be notified when products are back in, within Shopify. It would be nice if the free version allowed for an automatic message to be sent to a customer. There is no way to remove a notification from the list once you have sent someone a "back in stock" email. My understanding is that these features are available with the paid version. I don't expect a free version to have all the functionality of a paid version, but in this case, I feel like they could provide a bit more.

Easy to install, with great support. Only installed for 2 days but have lots of out of stock leads already that we didn't have any knowledge of before :)

Easy set up and amazing customer service. I was a little worried when I saw some of the things I wanted didn't seem to be out of the box. But the support team literally had all my requests answered in only a few hours (including changing font sizes, integrating with Klaviyo, and setting a threshold for sending alerts). It's been on my site for 24 hours and I have already collected 23 new customer emails! Super happy so far.

Far exceeded my expectations for the support! they responded within 10min of my request! Anusha did well in explaining what the free plan involved, and Krishna fixed the alignment issue in 4minutes! 10/10 would increase both their pays

Easy to install. Met with some problems but someone got back to me within a few hours and fixed my problems very quickly. Highly recommend this app. Already seeing customers signing up for updates on sold out products.

Really chuffed with this app, it works really well and I appreciate being able to customise the text and formatting. I use the free version and it does everything I need it to.

Fast customer service; quick and easy to setup. I like that I can customize the button to match my theme colors. Already have a slew of signups for out of stock products that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Not sure why I didn't install an app like this sooner.

FIVE STARS! So far the free version has done everything I wanted, and in a stylish and simple way. Annush replied super swiftly to the initial questions I had. Can’t recommend it enough.

Blown away by their willingness to assist and really just going above and beyond to help us make things work the way we want it to! Would highly recommend using Swym "In Stock Alerts", and if they're consistently this amazing with their other apps then I would say it's a no brainer! They have been outstanding!
