I have used the app almost 3 months now. First on the free plan and then quickly changed to the advanced plan because of some of the features I needed. I have had a look into a handful of different apps before that and Weglot seemed the most professional to me. I was not dissapointed. They have a very clear and detailed help center on their website. Our shop is not the most straightforward. We have a number of 3rd party apps and work a lot with custom pages built with templates in the customizer in the Dawn Theme. Weglot was able to translate everything that I needed. I had a lot of email exchange with the Weglot support because of some tricky things that were not translated right away like dynamic content, app content or were translated although they should not be, like hidden content. But Jeremie and especially Alexis were incredibly helpful, very fast with their reactions and always really patient. Where there was no straightforward solution, they offered workarounds and now I can say I am very happy with the result while also seeing good improvements with my search engine rankings. I appreciate the integration with Judge.me app, which is really helpful for us. Great and fast customer support.

We have been using Weglot for our Italian > English translation. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The automatic translation is better than many I've seen around and while it did require some manual touch-ups it was very easy for our Translators to use. The Customer Service team is amazing. They are quick in responding, efficient in fixing, extensive in explaining. I recommend this app.

Excellent customer service with quick response times. We run 2 Shops with 5 languages. Sometimes we prefer a different wording for our products, than the translation recommends, but it is very quick and easy for us to change to our wordings. Continue your great work

One of the most well made and impressive apps on the Shopify app store. And their customer service is top notch: quick replies, and provided us with custom solution to workaround an issue caused by our theme, when most other apps would've sent us back to our theme developer instead.

Very good app, easy to use to work on the translation manually via the virtual editor and their service support is extremely reactive, knowledgeable and helpful! So far, all my issues have been solved, thanks Gilles for your very precious help!

We use this App for our bilingual Shopify Store. The translation is accurate, but it can be a bit time consuming, since each automatically translated phrase needs to be approved before publishing. However, the customer service is absolutely great. Super fast, straightforward and they solve also individual store needs.

Wir haben Weglot einige Jahre für unseren Shop genutzt, brauchen es nun allerdings nicht mehr. Bin trotzdem total PRO App und der Kundenservice ist super.

During this week in Lifeitaly with the collaboration of Rahul of the Web Brand InfoTech - Ranjan we collaborated with Antoine, Shopify collaborator. It was a great cooperation and we solved several problems for the 4 language translations part. Antoine has always been prompt in responding to requests and available in giving us the right advice to configure everything with search engines. Great job and great collaboration. We use the Weglot app for our store and we are very satisfied with it. For now we are using one language and will be adding more in the future. The app also works with Shopify Markets in Beta version - ask support for details. Support is amazingly fast and helped us resolve all problems we had.

Die App ist beinahe perfekt für unsere Ansprüche. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind etwas umständlich umzusetzen, aber der sehr schnelle und kompetente support durch Baptiste war vorbildlich.
