Je cherchais une application qui permette de traduire toute ma boutique (Theme + Apps). J'en ai testé plusieurs, au final j'ai retenu WEGLOT. Tout n'a pas été simple à mettre en place, mais le support a toujours été présent pour m'aider. Au final ma boutique est traduite et est opérationnelle. Il me reste encore des détails à régler mais je ne doute pas que le support m'apportera encore toute son aide pour les résoudre.

Update review early April: After my latest update and 1-star review (see below) and the removal of Weglot on our store / stopping our subscription, I've been properly contacted by the Weglot support team. They offered another try (normally the saying goes "three times a charm", but this would be "four times a charm") to see if we could get the implementation to work, where needed with support from their dev team. After some initial checks back & forth earlier this week and granting Weglot access to our Shopify environment, today we've had a support hotline with Guillaume and the team at Weglot. Step by step we've jointly redone the multi-language subdirectory implementation. After having completed the steps, we again we're confronted with some of the errors that occured earlier. However, this time with the support of their development team, they did some changes in the implementation (excluding some CSS & Javascript files), which positively resulted in a properly working Weglot implementation with Sub-directories in 3 additional languages. Credits to their support team this time: friendly, fast, patient and knowleadgable! Initial 1-star review late march: We've done 3 attempts to get Weglot properly installed including the required DNS settings. In jan/feb we did it ourselves, which resulted in our website complete going offline as some other reviewers also mentioned. DNS propagation can take longer, but this was longer as normal. Last week we did another try, this time having given Weglot's support access to our store and they did it via a second option with another CDN provider, as the default one "gave a conflict" according to their support in jan/feb. So Weglot's friendly support did the implementation now, but still with the same results, almost 24 hours completely offline, from multiple locations across the globe, so it doesn't feel like a normal results of "DNS propagation". Also, Weglot's support indicated they've never seen it take this long and couldn't find a reason why it doesn't work for us as everything was implemented correctly and working for them as they said. So now we uninstalled the plugin, having to source for another solution again. I have to say that the speed and friendliness of Weglot's customer support is good, it didn't solve our issues however. So now we'll be looking for an alternative.

The app is great to use, a lot of possibilities, you can do manual and automatic translation, also exception customer service

After 2 days spending, the support get back to me with the good resolution. Thanks for the support. However, I do recommend to make the process easier and make the answer to what customer wanted. I will remain 4 star for now. and can always update to 5 if I monitor everything is working.

I had a problem with the translation button that was not showing in my website and customer service was great. They responded to my email and were super helpful. Will and Corentin were both prompt in assisting and I got everything fixed before launching my website!!

Great customer service! Although the app itself is not so user friendly. But they respond my email with no delay.

Very good app and very good support. If there is a bug - a thing that can happen in seldom cases - the team is ready and available to fix it. Apart from duplicating stores in other languages, I guess this is the best translation app. Used langify before, which created too many problems.

Der Service und die Hilfestellungen sind super. Immer bemüht! Die App hat ein paar Schwächen und das Limit von 50.000 übersetzen Wörtern ist schnell erreicht.

Ho usato quest’app per un’unica traduzione in Italiano,a volte da qualche problemino,facendo sparire il carrello nell’ header,ma con l’aiuto dell’assistenza si risolve sempre tutto

I just started using Weglot, Technical support is amazing, app is robust and gives you useful tools to edit translate. For now only minus is pricing plan, I reached 50000 words with 2 language (300 products), and I just started.

I used this app for translating Japanese into English. I speak and write English but it was hard to edit everything on my own and one of the guy helped me a lot to get through the system. They are absolutely nice team.

Overall we are very happy with Weglot since it translates everything well. But one major downside is, that it is not well integrated in Shopify Markets and Shopify Languages. It is basically it's own layer which is not fully and deeply integrated into the Shopify system.

Honesly, the app is a pretty great tool, even though it does have some issues, obviously. What isnt so obvious though, is their technical support team! they do wonders and deserve all the praises. We ran into many problems with Weglot's service in terms of technicallities and translations. However, every time was professionally and thoroughly handeled by the great IT team, especially Alexis - who was a HUGE help and always responded with grace and willingness to get the issues resolved (no matter how many ping-pong emails were involvled) . This is not taken for granted, and I really am happy to know that Weglot has these awesome people in the backstage of IT doing these wonders! God bless you guys! Le staff et notamment Zoé a été très très réactive. Approche pédagogique, on vous explique comment faire et ça c'est excellent vraiment. C'est ça qui nous a convaincu, rapidité des réponses pour résoudre nos problèmes avec efficacité. Après, l'app a quand même des défauts qui mériteraient des améliorations pour que ce soit un incontournable : - le visual editor n'est pas fonctionnel selon le type de site (donc pour nous c'est pas la peine) - le glossary rules a une logique où il faut supprimer les traductions pour les rentrer dans un autre ordre afin que les traductions avec combinaisons de mots fonctionnent correctement. - le nombre de mots est trop restreint en fonction du tarif des offres Merci encore à Zoé pour son aide précieuse !

There are always some integration problems with different apps on Shopify, but Weglot has a great support and helps you with every difficulty

Great support. I had a problem displaying the language switcher. Everything was promptly eliminated. Why not 5 stars? I don't work on weekends. The problem was revealed on Friday, I had to wait until Monday. This is not very convenient. On Saturday and Sunday, visitors visit the site))
