Weglot has been an excellent solution for managing translations across our Shopify Markets setup. The platform itself is powerful and intuitive but what really stands out is the support. Manon and Antoine have been absolutely legendary. Their responsiveness, technical knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to troubleshoot complex issues made a huge difference for us. They didn’t just provide answer, they genuinely helped us move forward. Highly recommend Weglot, especially if you value strong, reliable support behind the product!

The support is exceptionally: my question about DNS settings with Shopify and Weglot was answered by Fanny from Weglot in a fast, detailed, professional and really friendly manner. Update: Also the second question regarding the localization of an embedded YouTube video was solved super fast! Thank you for your help, Fanny!

Eine sehr gute App die einfach zu integrieren ist, dabei ist die Modifikation einfach und übersichtlich und der Support ist wirklich sehr gut, schnell und freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

This is the go to solution if you are looking for translating your website. Also if you went a bit too hard with hardcoding your sections, it even translates those. Also whenever you have a problem, just contact customer support. Best customer support i ever experienced.

Un grand merci au Support, qui s'est vraiment arraché pour trouver le bug avec Klaviyo mais tout est ok et solutionné ! Les échanges sont rapides et super efficaces alors merci Valentin et Manon et toute la team. Je traduis actuellement tout le site en Allemand et je vois deja les positions Google monter sous 1 mois avec une centaine de mots clés dans l'index Google. I was using the native Shopify translate tool at first which A) limited you to two languages and B) translates with Google translate, which in the age of AI no longer cuts it. Weglot provides much better quality translations, much more customisations and has high quality and responsive customer support. As I sell internationally, I see the money spent is an investment to boost conversion rather than a cost.

Very easy to set-up and very helpful support - they reply within minutes (on workdays). I believe for final polished translations they still need to be reviewed, LLMs unfortunately are not there yet. Hopefully they will keep improving, specially translate more within context of where the translation is, about what it is, what page/product is about.
