I almost put 4 stars because of the price. But my website in english is ranking after translating in DE and FR and is very worth it for me. Plus the customer service is very very good.

Jeremie was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app setup process. He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out. I'm grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend this app and their customer service team.

Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot. Manon, was excellent in her communications. And very quick responses.

Weglot has got you - even if you switch shopping carts. We are running on WooCommerce and will soon switch to Shopify. Weglot is the easiest part of the migration. Some initial issues were quickly resolved by their 5star customer service!

Le service client Weglot a travaillé à la résolution de l'affichage de notre e-commerce en langues étrangères et du paramétrage des marchés shopify. Since I am not a technical person, I didn’t know how to perform the system updates. Although I was generally satisfied with Weglot’s translation service, I was almost going to cancel the system since I got stuck with error messages. However, thanks to the clear instructions from Nahomy at the help desk, which I could easily understand, I was able to make all the updates and get it working smoothly. It’s great to have a good working system, but receiving fast and needs-based technical support... that’s amazing! Thank to Weglot and Nahomy in person:)

I will be honest and say that, in the beginning, I found this app quite complicated and kept going back to more simple apps from competitors only to get massively frustrated by their lack of functionality. So, in the end, I took some time to read the massive amount of documentation that Weglot provide (including videos) and bring myself up to speed and I have not been disappointed - this app is the only one on the market that has such capabilities (trust me, I tried them all). And then, when I am unable to proceed (due to my own limited skills) the support team are just outstanding - quick and so helpful, I really haven't had an experience like this. My store is now totally translated into EN, FR and NL perfectly - thanks, Weglot.

This is the best localization app we have found so far. We've been using it for nearly a year and are quite happy with the result. The support is superfast and helpful, which is I think the key element of the success. We will stick to weglot when we localize the next language for sure.
