Weglot est un excellent outil de traduction, simple à utiliser et très efficace. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est leur service client : toujours disponible, réactif et prêt à aider jusqu’à ce que le problème soit résolu. On sent qu’ils se soucient vraiment de leurs utilisateurs, ce qui est très rassurant quand on gère un site e-commerce.

The app is easy to install and works very well, with good execution speed. If there’s any issue to address or some fine-tuning needed for your website, customer care responds very quickly and resolves requests just as fast. Guido, in particular, is outstanding at this! I highly recommend Weglot to anyone looking for an effective website translation solution.

After experiencing some initial issues with the app, I’m happy to say that the support team stepped in and resolved everything efficiently. They were responsive and helpful, and thanks to their assistance. The translations are accurate and look great on my store. I now feel confident using it and appreciate the improvements. We've been dealing with 4 languages on our Euro website. Managing these by hand was too complex and costly. And even when doing it by hand, a lot of translations get lost through the cracks. We also tried other auto translate apps. These apps were not reliable because they were either limited in the number of translations or just would take days to translate a simple website. Weglot fixed all this! It took a bit of time to setup properly since we use sub-folders for our languages but once we got it setup with the help of the Weglot team it translated our website on the fly! No need to wait days, every page is translated as it's loaded. And the options for translations are much more advanced. You can have words that never get translated (ex: your brand name and trademarks). You can force some words to be translated in a certain way (good for words that have multiple meanings). Overall this app is well worth the price. Having a full time employee translating would cost much more. And finding one person that speaks 4 languages willing to translate our site full time is almost impossible. Highly recommended!
