I find this app very easy to use for someone like me, who is not IT oriented and does not have any technical background. It is easy to get familiar with the app and how it works. I needed help with special issues and dynamic content and I have to say the support at Weglot is probably the best I have ever encountered! Thank you Nathalie, you have literally been a lifesaver! They reply quickly and with very easy to understand guidelines. Highly recommend for anyone, who is looking for an easy to use app and great support! Also the automatic translations are very good!

We used Weglot to translate our first Shopify store into German. Great app with a very well designed UI. A further plus is the fast support. With Nathalie's help I was able to fix a problem within 2 hours.

Really great app, easy to navigate and the generated translations leave a great foundation to work from. 10/10 Very easy to use even for the non-techy teams But i'd say that the most important is their customer support team. They reply in a second and always solve your issue. Don't check for other app, this is the one you need.

The app does exactly what is advertised, and the customer service is beyond helpful. We've exchanged numerous emails, and every single one was polite, on point, and above all, helpful, and all of this as a free plan. That needs to be said and praised. I'm very happy with the app! If I had one gripe, it would be that the Portuguese language only has Brazilian Portuguese, with the Brazilian flag as an option, but that is so common across so many apps and products, that it needs to be considered nitpicking.

I went through a few different apps in Shopify before trying Weglot, and it has been a game changer now that I found this! There are a lot of useful features and it's easy to use, with very fair pricing. I also had a few questions for their customer support, and they are top notch as well. It's always good knowing you have someone reliable to reach out to if needed. Overall, great app and great experience so far, I highly recommend Weglot.
