Great app, easy to use and great support! Really happy to see that they have a support in french as well. I had an issue with images that I couldn't translate but the support was really helpful and I didn't have to pay any developper help me with this. The automatic translations are not always right but they are pretty good. I still recommend to check all of them and use a professional translator for your texts.

Weglot enabled us to run our store with two languages Arabic and English. We did a lot of customization, and we demanded a lot from their support team, they were very responsive via email and Slack and very helpful. The auto translation feature saved us a lot of work!

Sebastian assisted with our template coding issue and placement of language icons in desktop and mobile view. Very helpful and the app plugin is great! We can now cater to Spanish speakers with ease. We have been using them for about 6 months now and have never had an issue (which is a good thing in my mind). Recently, I needed to see if I could tweak language to help with our Japanese customers. Not knowing how to do this, I contacted support and was given a detailed response within 24 hours and they even included a video for how to get to the area I needed to change. I can't speak on the translation service yet since I just made changes today, but I can say they are great with their customer service!
