Excellent app, really great to be able to translate with defaults and then override. Translated notifications work well and customer emails. Excellent responsive and helpful support.

We have been using them for about 6 months now and have never had an issue (which is a good thing in my mind). Recently, I needed to see if I could tweak language to help with our Japanese customers. Not knowing how to do this, I contacted support and was given a detailed response within 24 hours and they even included a video for how to get to the area I needed to change. I can't speak on the translation service yet since I just made changes today, but I can say they are great with their customer service!

After a lot research I downloaded this app to translate my entire store and it was really easy to setup and translate! They were really helpful when I had questions and had some problems, so support was A+! The biggest advantage of the app is it automatically translates your store by using google translate. (Yes it is not reliable %100 but you can manually change every translation by hand if you wish.) Another advantage is that you can set rules for easy translation like change ... this word by ...that in entire site. Other big plus is visual editor which you can go to your site and just click to place you want to translate or edit, so you don't have to search the page or translation from the app.

I really love the app and the amazing support they have. They were absolutely fantastic and made for me a customization for Buy Button with their developer for free. I 100 % recommend everybody to use this app for their multilingual shop.
