Customer support answers to questions with no time and UI of App is beautiful. Only minus of the App is that I can't do translations during development with Visual editor when the Store is password secured.

We are starting to sell a lot more in Europe and when I discovered the Google Translate API is no longer available, I turned to the Shopify App Store. After evaluating three translate apps, I chose this one because it allows me to customize everything about it that I need to and doesn't require me to translate content myself. Weglot is the best!

I've been using Weglot Translate for a few months now. My native language is Chinese Traditional and would like to translate to English for international visitors. The platform is easy to use with a great deal of useful help document. I have issues from time to time since my install, but I find their customer service is extremely helpful with fast response time. Issues are solved within hours in my case. Highly recommended! Support team is responsive, the app takes sometime to get set up as machine translation is not perfect so you either have to translate everything yourself or pay for it which is to be expected anyways! I look forward to seeing if this app brings more international customers to our stores! Will update this in the future to see if it was worth the work and price! :)
