The setup of the Weglot is complicated when you already use various other apps that need to be translated. However the customer service is top notch and very responsive. Special thanks to Antoine who really exceeded my expectations in terms of timely resolution of complex issues. The quality of translation is quite good and requires significantly less manual translation compared to shopify free app.

He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out. Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot. Manon, was excellent in her communications. And very quick responses.

Weglot has got you - even if you switch shopping carts. We are running on WooCommerce and will soon switch to Shopify. Weglot is the easiest part of the migration. Some initial issues were quickly resolved by their 5star customer service!
