I just started to use Weglot, i can say that the interface is intuitive and and the support team is also very professional, quick replies to my e-mails. Thank you!

After installing the app I was having problems position the menu and perfecting the CSS. Max got it all working today, he was quick to reply and super helpful. It is now working exactly as I wanted it. The translation is quick to setup (much easier than other apps on shopify) but surprisingly powerful and intuitive. I have the business plan with 5 additional languages and so far has proved to be enough. I would definitely recommend the app for ease of use and also the customer service I received was great!

One of the mist dissatisfying apps ever used.. - Does not translate the right things entering - After asking for support, explaining in 5 mails, it still was unclear. - After finally get it on the right pages, it does translate horrible and miss out words everywhere, which makes you still have to manually do everything. - After deleting it, it still is on your webshop, charges you money for not using the app, and you manually have to go in your code and delete it.

Great app and amazing customer service. I used to have another translation app but it was not translating the metafields so it could not translate the all website. Max has helped me a lot. The customer service is fast and these guys are easy to work with.

It is really a very bad app, after uninstall my website still contains the popup of the translations, also i found the translation is better with google translate.

Easy to set up and install, the app is a great solution to jump into translations in a record time. The good plus is definitely the possibility to manually edit the translations, really useful for technical wordings.

Fast support and installation. Efficient translation but we do have to check them for some errors like "butterfly knot" instead of "bow tie".

Weglot always responds fast. Customer support is excellent. The app works well and is customizable. I've been a professional translator for 30 years. It is easy to enter your own translations and the app will automatically translate other similar sentences the same way in other products. If you want certain words always translated a specific way in another language you can do so too. If you want some words to never be translated, you can also do this.

The app is easy for a semi literate IT person like me to both install and use. Also, customer support was awesome, I wanted an American flag icon for the English button, and they sent me simple code and directions to add Definitely a keeper

Amazing support, really great app i seuggest it if you need to translate your website in the easiest way as possible
