i have a good experience but one problem i suggest that if welcome messege send from store not fulfilled by coustmer chat

The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.

So Many issues related to app like all messages are not getting confirmed and team is not accessible
