It would be a 5-star review if they allowed sending both order notifications and confirmations. Currently, you can only enable one of these options—activating one automatically disables the other, and vice versa.

CUSTOMER SERVIC IS EXTREMELY BAD. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BUILDING A GOOD APP IF YOU DONT HAVE A TEAM TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS??

After using this app for 7–8 months, our WhatsApp Business account was banned twice due to the use of an unauthorized API. Unfortunately, we ended up losing our main WhatsApp account, which resulted in hundreds of dissatisfied customers and significant customer service challenges. We have now transitioned to our own CRM system, integrated with the official Meta WhatsApp API, for order confirmations and customer communication.

Great Application for E-commerce websites, it helps us to reduce our return rate, and specially very useful for order confirmation.

I’ve been using Whatflow with my Shopify store and it has made customer communication so much easier. The integration is smooth, and it allows me to connect with customers directly on WhatsApp in a professional way. I really like how simple it is to set up, and the automation features save a lot of time. It not only improves customer support but also helps increase sales by making follow-ups quick and personal. The interface is user-friendly, and their support team is always responsive whenever I need help.

How does abandoned cart recovery feature work? Can't do anything in the app, rest is all very good!

We were initially happy with this app, but unfortunately it has now become a headache. It disconnects frequently, sometimes every few days, which affects our workflow. The support team has not been helpful. Responses often take 2–3 days, and the only solution we get is “please reconnect,” which does not resolve the actual issue. Tags are not applied properly, and our WhatsApp number has been temporarily blocked three times due to these problems. As a brand, this has caused us significant loss and inconvenience. While the app may be affordable, the service and quality are very poor. We would strongly suggest improving support and system reliability, even if it means increasing the pricing. At this point, we are planning to move to an alternative solution.
