We installed WhatFlow on our Shopify store with high expectations, as the app is promising in terms of features and automation concepts. However, in practice, most of the auto message triggers are not working as expected. At best, only a very small fraction of the configured messages are actually being delivered. Unfortunately, customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. There has been no real intent to troubleshoot or resolve the issues, which is disappointing. That said, we are still keeping the app active on our Shopify store, simply because we have not other alternative besides WhatZi, which have limited features than WhatsFlow.

It's good in terms of price and functionality. But it produces errors in notifications or doesn't generate them at all. Approximately 20% of notifications aren't generated.

It would be a 5-star review if they allowed sending both order notifications and confirmations. Currently, you can only enable one of these options—activating one automatically disables the other, and vice versa.

Everything was working fine initially, but the connection keeps dropping automatically now. It’s disrupting my work. Can you please check what's causing this and help resolve it?
