I liked the app, easy to use and set up. The only problem I'm facing is that it sends multiple images in a single order (if the order includes multiple products). Also, no CTA options.

I am using Whatflow with my Shopify store and it has made customer communication so much easier. The integration is smooth, and it allows me to connect with customers directly on WhatsApp in a professional way. Customer support is so helpful. Highly recommended for every Shopify store !

Whenever there’s any issue, I just message them on WhatsApp and it gets resolved quickly. Really nice service! In the future, it would be even better to see more automation features. Thanks!
