The app makes worlkflow management smooth and efficient,helping me save time and costumer support is quick and responsive.It has been a game changer for my business.

I liked the app, easy to use and set up. The only problem I'm facing is that it sends multiple images in a single order (if the order includes multiple products). Also, no CTA options.

Abandoned Cart Recovery not working. Please help

How does abandoned cart recovery feature work? Can't do anything in the app, rest is all very good!

The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.
