I am using Whatflow with my Shopify store and it has made customer communication so much easier. The integration is smooth, and it allows me to connect with customers directly on WhatsApp in a professional way. Customer support is so helpful. Highly recommended for every Shopify store !

It has disconnect autometically after 14 days. You have to reconnect it again. Please resolve this issue

How does abandoned cart recovery feature work? Can't do anything in the app, rest is all very good!

The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.
