Tenho usado esta app na minha loja Shopify e estou mesmo contente com os resultados. A integração foi super simples e rápida, e a funcionalidade de envio de SMS tem sido muito útil para manter os clientes atualizados sobre os seus pedidos. Gosto especialmente da forma como conseguimos personalizar as mensagens e acompanhar o histórico dos envios. Também notei que os clientes respondem melhor quando recebem atualizações automáticas por WhatsApp, o que é ótimo. A app tem sido estável, intuitiva e com um suporte bastante disponível. Para quem procura uma forma prática de comunicar com os clientes diretamente a partir da loja, recomendo totalmente

Nice App. It will assist alot of stores to eliminate the call costumer confirmation part in every order. and the order will be confirmed directly form the whatsapp
