The app has issues sometimes it logs out of WhatsApp, messages don’t send, and their customer support is the worst ever.

We installed WhatFlow on our Shopify store with high expectations, as the app promotes a strong feature set and advanced automation capabilities. Unfortunately, our experience did not match those promises. In practice, most of the default triggers did not execute at all, and only a few triggers configured through Shopify Flow were intermittently executed. This made the automation unreliable and unsuitable for real business use, especially for time-sensitive customer communication. Equally, concerning was the lack of effective customer support. Despite reaching out multiple times, we did not receive meaningful assistance or a clear effort to troubleshoot and resolve the issues. Due to these persistent problems, we have uninstalled WhatFlow from our store and migrated back to the WhatsApp Business API using the WaSend app, which has proven to be significantly more stable and dependable for our requirements. Updating my earlier review based on a recent bad experience. We reinstalled WhatFlow on 5th May 2026 and used it only for initial setup and configuration for 3–4 hours. No automations were triggered, no messages were sent — it was purely a trial/evaluation phase. Despite this, Shopify billed us ₹482.48 for the app in our May 2026 bill. When I tried to reach out for a refund, the 'Get Support' button on the WhatFlow app listing page in the Shopify App Store is not clickable — it simply does not work. Shopify's own support team directed me to contact the developer directly for the refund, but the very support button meant for that purpose is broken. While the concept behind WhatFlow is promising, the current execution, trigger reliability, and support responsiveness need substantial improvement before it can be recommended for production use.

Very Bad app using unofficial API thats why my whatsapp got banned twice in 24 hours , on first I didnt notice but when banned again with in hour after unban I realize that Whatflow damage my whatsapp so highly not recommended stay away otherwise your whatsapp will ban

Worst Customer Support ever they have no idea how to solve any issue, whenever you explain to them what the issue is, all they reply with "Oh, thats weird!". along side not every responding for hours, or they neglect you at all

WhatsApp Got Banned! Used WhatFlow for a few months and my WhatsApp account got restricted. This app uses an unsafe method (“link a device”) and can get your number banned. Not recommended!

After using this app for 7–8 months, our WhatsApp Business account was banned twice due to the use of an unauthorized API. Unfortunately, we ended up losing our main WhatsApp account, which resulted in hundreds of dissatisfied customers and significant customer service challenges. We have now transitioned to our own CRM system, integrated with the official Meta WhatsApp API, for order confirmations and customer communication.

This app is very useless. There is a big problem on their app since last 7 days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.

Worked fine at start but now its generating more burden for us then to reduce it, all of sudden it started sending same message to customer multiple time in some cases 30+ messages sent to customer for same order confirmation. Very risky for using with your official brand whatsapp it will cause huge loss if whatsapp flags and restricts the account.
