I am using Whatflow with my Shopify store and it has made customer communication so much easier. The integration is smooth, and it allows me to connect with customers directly on WhatsApp in a professional way. Customer support is so helpful. Highly recommended for every Shopify store !

I would love to share my experience with other people. This is one of the best shopify app I have ever came across I loved the way its seamless effortless because I have a very successful ecommerce store and we get 1000+ daily orders so we were having a very big team only for customers support and tracking but this app I only have one person for tracking and customer because I don't need more all the is done by whatflow and especially there's no drama of typical employees always on break or ebsence because it's ai it can anything anytime so big thumbs up to whatflow team Regards Novenzo..

After using this app for around 4-5 months our WhatsApp Business account has been banned twice for using an unauthorized API. Now we've lost our main WhatsApp account and have 100's of dissatisfied customers in terms of CS.
