This app has made our order process so much easier! It automatically confirms orders with clients, saving us a lot of time and reducing errors. Our customers also appreciate the smooth experience. Highly recommended for anyone running a Shopify store.

This app is Good but There is a big problem on their app since many days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.

It's good in terms of price and functionality. But it produces errors in notifications or doesn't generate them at all. Approximately 20% of notifications aren't generated.

Really good app! It’s very helpful for order confirmation and makes the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend for all stores.

A truly useful app that's a must-have for any e-commerce site. I use it with a SIM card dedicated to my store. Every single active and configured message is sent using my real number and via WhatsApp Business. If I see anything lacking, it's cart recovery, which only sends one direct message; you can't create a series of messages spaced out over a certain period of time before getting to the final reminder with a discount coupon already applied to the cart. Lastly, I don't know why, but I can find all the messages sent to customers except the cart recovery ones. It works, I can tell by the discounted total price.

It would be a 5-star review if they allowed sending both order notifications and confirmations. Currently, you can only enable one of these options—activating one automatically disables the other, and vice versa.
