I would give the Zoko team a 1000 stars if Shopify had the option. Honestly, they help out so much in creating custom flows and our MoM ROI from Zoko is about 3000%. Custom flows really reduce the burden of manually attending to customer conversations & keeps it so seamless. Our abandoned cart flow works so well & pays for Zoko itself!

I highly recommend the Zoko team. I've had the pleasure of working with both Aaquib and Vipin on some of our business flow implementations, and they made the process so much simpler with their excellent guidance and initiative. Zoko has been instrumental in improving our sales significantly. We have seen a very high uptick in revenue from abandoned cart recovery and a highly reduced number in terms of COD rejections. Highly recommend it.

We have been using ZOKO for the past two years, and we have done a lot of automation which has helped us immensely. Team members like Chandu,Arpit, Aaquib, and Rahul are superb and intelligent individuals who assist us immediately if we encounter any issues in the automation process. We are expecting many more features moving forward.

Realmente hay un antes y un después de instalar Zoko en nuestra tienda. Zoko nos permite seguir el historial de conversaciones de cada uno de nuestros clientes, anteriormente perdíamos muchos hilos de conversación con whatsapp. Adicionalmente permite automatizar mensajes como solicitudes de reseñas, seguimientos de envío y un largo etc. La ventana de gestión de Zoko nos permite ver de un vistazo rápido con que cliente estamos tratando, su historial de conversaciones, pedidos y etiquetas. Es un CRM imprescindible. Adicionalmente el servicio técnico tiene una profesionalidad intachable. Altamente recomendable.
