We have been using it for a long time to manage whatsapp, instagram and facebook messages. It allows us to have all three communications in one channel. If every company uses it with all its features, their teams will be very comfortable. However They recently changed their fees with an update. They did not give any information about this update. I always paid 2 or 3 months subscription fee. They integrated FLOWHIPPO into zokon and automatically started the streams, so 10-15 dollars were spent. And I saw other extra charges. AFTER MORE THAN 1 YEAR OF USE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE! THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE CHARGES CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!

I’ve been using Zoko for a year or so now, and it’s been a great tool for our online business. Integrating WhatsApp with Shopify through this app has eased our communication and automated many aspects of our customer interactions, allowing client to chat with us easily. The team at ZOKO have been kind and patient with me, teaching and helping me understand the system. Always happy to pop on a google Meet call, to assist very quickly. Thank you ZOKO team.

I can't say good enough things about Zoko. This software is a marketing and customer service POWERHOUSE. Customers much prefer to use whatsapp (yes, even many in the US) and they always tell us how they appreciate that we have this option. Zoko's customer service is beyond a shadow of a doubt the best I've received for a SaaS product. Anything I want to create, they will figure out how to do it. No matter how wild the flow is. This is easily my favorite SaaS for my shopify store.

Full whatsapp and social media functionality, great integration with APIs, fair pricing, in my opinion best option for whatsapp. Cons: AI only in english, and crm integrations are not great for lead management.

Great application with a very clean, manageable interface. Zoko has really helped us kickstart our WhatsApp Marketing and with a near complete suite of functionalities and features, has helped us tap into various points of customer communication. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed as priced showed of $4.99/mo it's not the full price, but you have to add montly subscription (at least $34.99/mo) plus messages charges, for a startup is really too much!!

Zoko has truly transformed how we handle customer interactions at Memorytrain! We have now been using the app for more than a month and have seen more than 21,000 Indian rupees worth conversions from abandoned checkouts! The app is intuitive, efficient, and packed with features that streamline our communication on WhatsApp. The onboarding process was exceptional, all thanks to the incredible expertise and charm of Aaquib, who made the entire setup seamless with his deep knowledge and personable approach. Highly recommended!

Our Company was very lucky to find this app and we congratulate ourselves for implementing it a couple of months ago. It had always been very difficult for us to supervise our people in charge of Customer Support because all of them were using their own phones to carry on with their assignments. After implementing Zoko, we have been able to manage all the interactions with our customers in a centralized way, all under a single WhatsApp number and the supervision has became incredibly easy. Zoko also offers the possibility of defining roles and permissions which has proved to be a very valuable function. On top of that, Zoko's tool Flowhippo enabled us to automate a large number of operations in each of the several stores where we have implemented it. We are really very satisfied with it and will be implementing it in every new store. Finally we want to stress the fact that the service provided by Aaquib and all the team has helped us to implement both apps (Zoko and Flowhippo) in a very easy way. Without their help this process would have taken much more time and effort from us. So, overall, Zoko is a great app that has been a game changer.

Nice software that helps you out to send whatsapp messages with data from shopify, you can customize almost everything in the messages. After you understand how it works, it's very easy to make new flows, customize to your needs and have better notifications to your customers. I hope in a near future can expand the languages of ChatGPT auto-answer modes, as we have an store non-english, we manage with their guide how to make all our messages in spanish.

Worst experience ever!!!! They are literally harassing me and finding ways to report my website to google, instagram and TikTok for not taking down the bad review I wrote. This is beyond acceptable! Not only did I loose my WhatsApp business number I have to deal with their threats, like reporting me to google for not “having my address on google” and writing bad reviews on my website from countries we do not do business in,because they have access to my information, from installing their app. If only I could send screenshots of their communication with me over WhatsApp on this review, you wouldn’t believe the level of disrespect! DO NOT INSTALL THIS ZOKO APP!!! I wish I read the bad reviews and someone could warn me before installing this app. I have no words, I am beyond shocked!!

Descargué la app, completé el proceso de inscripción, seleccioné el plan e hicieron el cargo en mi cuenta pero mi cuenta sigue bloqueada! La integración con Shopify sigue inhabilitada a pesar de que descargué la app desde el appstore de Shopi. Pésima experiencia! mucho espacio de mejora para una app que de pago... en realidad, si no hubiera pagado ya 40 dolares, no le daría ninguna oportunidad.... Actualización... Finalmente no ocupé la app por complicada. Y se quedaron con los 40 dólares... Si yo fuera usted, no me arriesgo por nada del mundo. Sobre todo porque la integración con la tienda es mala. Preferiría mil veces manychat o incluso Chatfuel. A estos de Zoko, no les daría una oportunidad aunque ellos me pagaran.

Zoko has really opened our eyes to what is possible in integrating an online store with comms via Whatsapp! Their team (Aaquib in particular) has been very helpful in getting everything set up, and we're very excited to start building on the foundations we've built so far.
