Nice software that helps you out to send whatsapp messages with data from shopify, you can customize almost everything in the messages. After you understand how it works, it's very easy to make new flows, customize to your needs and have better notifications to your customers. I hope in a near future can expand the languages of ChatGPT auto-answer modes, as we have an store non-english, we manage with their guide how to make all our messages in spanish.

Descargué la app, completé el proceso de inscripción, seleccioné el plan e hicieron el cargo en mi cuenta pero mi cuenta sigue bloqueada! La integración con Shopify sigue inhabilitada a pesar de que descargué la app desde el appstore de Shopi. Pésima experiencia! mucho espacio de mejora para una app que de pago... en realidad, si no hubiera pagado ya 40 dolares, no le daría ninguna oportunidad.... Actualización... Finalmente no ocupé la app por complicada. Y se quedaron con los 40 dólares... Si yo fuera usted, no me arriesgo por nada del mundo. Sobre todo porque la integración con la tienda es mala. Preferiría mil veces manychat o incluso Chatfuel. A estos de Zoko, no les daría una oportunidad aunque ellos me pagaran.
It's been over a month since we started using the ZOKO WhatsApp Platform. The Zoko Support team provides outstanding support. They offer assistance in every way possible. They guide you through the each process and ensure you follow the proper configuration and functionality.
Zoko has been a convenient platform for us at Don Vino so far, can easily set-up WA campaigns & analyse them. It's features are something appreciable. We get measurable reports & can track all the important things that are to be tracked from any campaign. Kudos to the team & especially for Aaquib who helped us setup things from a scratch. Thanks.

Using it for more then a month now had many difficulties at the time of starting and setting everything, but the team for with me all the time Benn was my onboarding manager who helped me in every way possible their dashboard is pretty stable and easy to use I am happy to partner with them for my Whatsapp API, their mobile app still needs a lot of work in many aspects but overall it's a very good experience to me.

Zoko's been a convenient go-to for communication – smooth interface and easy to navigate. However, it's a tad frustrating when certain messages aren't supported. Here's hoping for some updates to iron out these knks.
Thanks for your kind words. We have noted your feedback for support on GIFs, Stickers, Reactions etc. Those, as you know, are not supported by the official WhatsApp API yet. We will have them as soon as WhatsApp API supports them. We are working closely with WhatsApp to convey feedback and will let you know as soon as they are available
Awesome product/app - stable app, quick customer support, awesome features. I switched from Interakt, Delightchat, and Wati - some have poor customer support, unstable app, and messages not triggered properly.
