So far so good. Reliable and no issues. Easily set up our WhatsApp approvals and templates. What's lacking is a function where we can leave messages or tasks for other team members. The current setup where team messages are left at the same place as the conversation with customers is not good because there is a risk we'll forget to turn on private mode. Would be great if they can set up something like Shopify Inbox (or just integrate with Shopify Inbox).

It's been 1 year we are using this app, working perfectly with shipping updates, campaigns, chats, up-selling... Kudos to the team, timely assistance is one of the key feature!..

I use this app like 90% out of 20 Hours day. Life Saver and an Impression Creator. Team People like Abbee and Jayesh are true Ambassadors. It puts a conversation with a customer into such an ease that doing business is super smooth... I recommend this to all MSME's... Way to Go ZOKO... Zoko, Taali Thoko...

It's a very useful App, the support team is also excellent. This app covers all the automations and provides various other solution which is very helpful in customer engagement and post purchase communication.

We are using this app for transactional communication with the customers, and sending broadcast messages. It's fulfilling the requirements. The are improving as per the requirements, and their system is real easy to operate. Not to miss, the real time support we get from their team is appreciable.

I used this app to help me manage my whatsapp chats, as many customers prefer communication via whatsapp. It is quite technical, but great help is around. Thank you!

I used this app to allow more agents to work on our business account for replying to customers' inquiries. It's a completed WhatsApp CRM tool to manage. Great customer service support from Zoko as well.

I stumbled upon Zoko quite randomly, and I've been really happy with their service! Starting with the demo and installation process - the team was super friendly, supportive and hands on. It made the whole process a lot less daunting and very easy. Post installation, the team gave the much needed support to ensure we were onboarded properly and this was really appreciated because not a lot apps do that! We have really enjoyed using the dashboard - super easy to use, we can also keep a track of the chats easily, and have more than one person using the chat! The thing that really impresses me is that the team are constantly innovating, coming up with new features. Anytime we have an issue, they are extremely responsive and their timeliness is commendable. 100% recommend Zoko.
