The best application for perfect messaging. Interact with the customer in a single platform, have multiple users to reply to messages and an intuitive application with excellent functionality. This is ZOKO! It makes your life easier and they have impeccable assistance

Super supportive team and super efficient app. If you have whatsapp api, then the entire setup takes few minutes and the crucial campaigns like abandoned cart start going out within no time.

Great App! I used this app to manage our WhatsApp chats and send abandoned cart notifications. It has a good UI, and it's very easy to set up new templates and create automation flows. The support is fantastic! The app is constantly developing and providing us with more features, which is excellent.

This is a Great app. The after sales service is particularly great. We really appreciate that. Somethings we would like to see added to the Zoko platform - Individual replying on a particular message (same as on a regular WhatsApp chat) - The vendor should be able to put in a discount code for the customer at checkout - A space for the vendor to add a note on the order form at checkout - In quick reply , we should be able to decide the image order and re arrange with drag and drop - Better analytics on Broadcast messages

We've been using Zoko for the last few weeks. Currently, we use it for abandoned cart nudges, and we've seen an immediate improvement in abandoned cart conversion rates vs only email nudges. Rahul, from the team, has been super responsive and proactive in answering all our queries and guiding us through the various use cases. Thanks for the wonderful experience so far team!

We have been using zoko since 8 months. Zoko has immensely improved our customer interactions on whatsapp and inturn improved the sales. Their customer service team is excellent. They are very open to new suggestions and have been very prompt in deploying new features. We have had very good experience and would strongly recommend Zoko.

I have used whatsapp with multiple business API provider. but Zoko is one of the best. They have a beautiful product, if you have suggestions on the product and it will help for others also.
