Unique app. Very good and well documented. Great support with quick response. 4 stars and not 5 because of the automated abandonded cart that may not fit your store. - a US phone number format is used to send automated messages. So if your store is located outside US, your customer may be surprise, even worse consider this as spam. - Customer can't reply directly, they must click on a link. Can be a deal breaker. I really hope we could import our own number for this functionnality, or select a given number from our country code, that would be great. Hopefully in the future... Some of the reasons are because of the WhatsApp API limitations in phone number application. Thank you,

The app is amazing its only a bummer that there is no Dutch option on it for automatic whatsapp messages

I've been using the app for a couple of months and it works pretty good. The free plan has considerable features and support is very fast and kind.

The app just solved my problem, by connecting my store customers with WhatsApp. Earlier, I used to download customer data from Shopify, add them to my address book and contact them on WhatsApp. Now, this is just a click away!! You guys done a brilliant job!! Suggestion would be 1) In CRM, if you can help with a page of customer-wise history of messages (either full or message type) that have been already sent to that customer. 2) In abandon cart customer, sometimes they would have already placed an order. so, next to customer name if you can add info "last order date", this will avoid the confusion. Rest all is working well.
