This is the worst app so far I came across. They don't even care or solve merchant issues. They don't even have a call support and they don't respond to mails. I have to wait for many days to resolve any issues.

I have used this app for 3 years, 2 years were ok. Now this app automaticly changed my settings and more of USD 300 was stolen by them with messages that I never authorized

Additionally, we never send messages without taking explicit permission from Merchants. Superlemon is deeply integrated with Shopify, allowing us to send various automated messages such as abandoned cart notifications and order update messages. You can review and manage these messages in the Automation section of our platform. It's important to note that we clearly state on our plans page that our free plan does not include a flat subscription fee. However, we do charge a usage-based fee. Additionally, we never send messages without taking explicit permission from Merchants. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Very bad app, customer service wont respond . I have my whastapp api number register with them but i cant see it ony Facebook business manager they are not responding at all, i am on your their paid plans but not response.

Used it for 12 months on free plan. However, once I upgraded to growth plan, I realised that it is a click bait and I will be required to upgrade to engage plan if I want to use any of the features. After converting to whatsapp business API, I got no handholding and I also lost my ability to use the chat widget. All in all, i wasted 10 days of writing to the support team for resolution, and finally I uninstalled

BEWARE YOU MIGHT LOOSE UR WHATSAPP ACCESS FOR EVER. Very Bad, NO proper support. Unable to use my own whatsapp to reply messages. No proper guide to install (specifically the time it takes to start using the app properly). a very bad experience. Sent a mail to the team no reply yet. so i had to unstall, but still unable to recover my whatsapp number

VERY DODGY APP. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. App makes changes to your store without consent or approval and approves charges. The Free version is not free and has hidden auto approved charges. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY QUERIES OR EMAILS. We have reported this matter to Shopify and will be pursuing legal action for breach.

La atencion al cliente pesima, nunca se contactan con nosotros. tenia la opcion para pero me toca cancelar la suscripcion al producto porque tengo un bug que no se puede quitar de esa app. les escrito correos les digo que me contacten y no recibo respuesta.

BE AWARE THEY COMIT FRAUD, THEY ADD POPUPS ALL OVER YOUR PLACE WITHOUT CONCENT. THEY SPAM YOUR COSTUMERS WEEKS LATER AND SELL WHATS APP DATA BASES THEY CHANGED THE CORE OF THE APP WITHOUT CONCENT OR APROVAL. NOW THEY DEMAND THE COSTUMER TO LEAVE THEIR WHATS APP NUMBER OR THEY WONT SEND THE MESSAGE. ALSO THEY FORCE YOU INTO THIS. NO SUPPORT RESPONSE EITHER. BUYER BE AWARE THIS IS FISHY, THEY MAKE RELEVANT CHANGES WITHOUT APPROVAL.

Nothing works, lots of 404 broken links, the "free trial" does not work and charges you immidiatly when upgrading to a paid plan. Did not bother to even contact support as they only have email support, and an app this broken does not deserve my time.

It doesn't allow to disable some widgets or you must get an extra verification step to control your own account, this verification was not completed by superlemon in over a month. Every update took a lot of time and their response time is very long. We had to switch to a different app as we never recieved any answer from them.

This app sends 20% discount codes to customers without consent. Creates codes in Shopify without consent. I didnt set it up. I merely "upgraded" to an upgraded FREE plan. [Update] Their reply is they do not have permission to create discounts. My customer received 20% discount via whatsapp. It must be a phantom admin who granted the discount.

Some of them might even not be aware NOTE: PLEASE do not release any updates without testing. This seems to be a highly irresponsible act on your side. It is detrimental to the sales of a lot of hardworking store owners on Shopify.

BUYER BEAWARE***** They hid their fee in the minimized text you could be charged up to $5000 a month. I made a mistake of installing it by lookin at their reviews I now know they are fake. They wouldn't even get back to me to set up the app even I signed on their monthly subscription plan then I noticed they are charging me one by one for the app it not even set up yet. Stay AWAY AT ALL COST

pathetic Experience with them, worst customer service ever, they automation are just out of control, customers complaining for the repeatedly sending same automation again and again, while we are trying to discontinue service with them and they are not even sorting way out for last 4 days. strongly not recommended at all.
