We have been using Interakt for months now and is serving out purpose well. The platform has a lot to offer when it comes to whatsapp marketing and automation.

The account set up was a bit delayed process but the support was there through out. Interakt offers good features with automation and catalogs. Great for new businesses.

The automated campaigns have reduced a lot of work for us. The catalog is also an interesting feature but there are a lot of limitations from Whatsapp!

The support and account setup was quick. The catalogue is a good feature but the only concern is regarding the variants that WhatsApp doe not accept.

Excelent support, after some entry problems because of duplicate account created by me, support was online to resolve it and now it is all ok and working.
