The product and support are both mediocre. They overcharged us significantly during one month, and when we asked them why its apparently because they undercharged us for the previous 6 months. Now for the past 10 days we've been unable to respond to most of our customer messages via the app, and the customer support's response is simply that they've escalated the issue to their tech team. We migrated our WhatsApp API account from Freshchat a while back because we thought Interakt would have a better shopping experience, but even the shopping experience is fairly subpar.
