The Interakt ‑ Sell on WhatsApp app simplifies catalog setup, but lacks variant options similar to those provided by Haptik for Jio. It would greatly enhance the user experience, especially for 'Advanced' subscribers, if this feature were made available.

The integration features and automation in this application are impressive, particularly the catalog management capabilities. Overall, it's a well-designed app. However, one area that could be improved is the response time for emails. Enhancing this aspect would ensure that we receive timely replies, thereby optimizing communication efficiency.

Features that this platform provides for the business is really helpful. Catalog and automated messages work absolutely well. I also wanted to take the product reviews from the customers but that option isn't available yet with Interakt

Easy to integrate plugin. Except for a few bugs during the integration with Shopify, it looks fine. Akansh from Support team is really helpful and knowledgeable in fixing the issues.

We have been using Interakt to set up our whatsapp business api and manage order related, customer support and marketing communications. The onboarding with them was smooth. Overall the product and its features are good. The team is reachable to sort out the technical issue or queries that ever arises.

Good customer support and reasonable pricing. Takes some time to get used to the UI but once the setup is done, its good to go.

The catalog connected easily with the platform. Seems to be a good feature but there is one disadvantage- you could only send 300 products to your customers at once and not more than that. A major disappointment from Whatsapp

I used this app to send notifications to my customers and update them about various events. Customers find it easy to order via the app. I also use it to solve customer problems. The added benefit of the Product Catalog makes it easier to explain to customers about various products and inform them about the new products.

The application works well, connects easily with shopify without any hassle. Definitely helps in promoting the catalog to the customers and sending via campaigns. Recommended for sure.

There are some basic key features like custom campaigns, auto-replies, catalog replies, templates, saved replies, and many more which are very much helpful and must feature for e-comm business. The best thing about Interakt is their support The only thing I am not happy about is the user interface and also would request the team to do something about converting COD orders to Prepaid.

We use the app on a regular basis and it has worked wonders for us, waiting for a few more upgrades and it should be the perfect one, thank you team.
