Me gustaría poderlo poner en mi pagina para que los clientes que entre se comunique por esta vía.

I'm giving it a 4 just because it is so much pain killer, make all the 3rd party useless and saves a lot of money. unfortunately, unable to edit the messages is a really blocker! they must add this feature ASAP, also adding few more events.

Good but missing some features, most importantly is to be able to customize messages and use custom message templates
