You can send only pre-defined transactional messages. No other templates allowed. I hope they allow other approved templates in the near future.

To be honest, the app is really good, but there are many bugs, and they happen frequently. I've only been using it for a week, and when a customer places an order, it's supposed to be sent automatically, right? Well, it's not. Instead, it sends the wrong template. I really don't see why it would be so difficult for the developers to fix this; they're clearly neglecting it. Besides that, it often sends mass messages that Meta detects as intrusive. I would really appreciate some support from you. Thank you very much, and I hope you improve.

We need to edit the templates.. Please add this important option... Or allow syncing with templates in business manager!

Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps. However, it’s missing two critical features: the ability to edit templates and the option to schedule messages. While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, nor can you set messages to be sent after a delay—whether a few minutes or even a day after an order is placed—which is quite disappointing. Hopefully the developers address this soon.

the option to edit templates must be added, also one issue that we are facing is with order shipped message being sent to the customer the moment order is manifested, which should not be the case, instead it should go when order has been picked up by courier.

Hello, Looks great but i just signed up but its telling me my trial has expired when its just today i signed up. So basically i have not used my 1000 free messages. Can this be resolved?
