Great idea and attractive. Customer service chat guy Sam is top-notch and knowledgable, and integration with Klaviyo works well (a must for my email flows). Unfortunately the lack of advanced features (custom-coded HTML, Javascript, UTM-tracking, geo-tracking, etc.) means I might not keep this past the trial, but I'm hopeful.

The app was easy to set up and has been performing well for us. We have certainly seen an uptick in email signups and conversions directly from those signups. Definitely a solid app and worth checking out.

This app looks and works really well and it increases sales - a no-brainier. Plus the support is second to none.

Good app for collecting emails, but the support was very helpful and I recommend this app to myself and my other stores I run/manage so Im recommending it to you who are reading these emails.

This app help to improve the sign up rate! Love it, it is better than the traditional pop up for sure! Plus it is constantly upgrading its features! On top of that, you can count on the support to answer any questions you have! They are really helpful!

In the three years that I have had Wheelio, we have collected 54,106 emails resulting in tens of thousands of dollars of sales. For us, 11% of everyone who has ever seen the Wheelio pop up gives us their email! Even more important is the fact that you can connect Wheelio to your email marketer, FB Messenger, and even SMS marketing. If all you have is simple pop up collecting emails on your site, you are missing out. I've literally had customers respond to my Welcome Series email (triggered by capturing the email from Wheelio) saying that the spin wheel was so addicting and why they purchased.

Customer service is incredible. Helped me set up the majority of it (especially the triggers and URL filters) So far, amazing service!

We built a mailing list of 100,000 customers in 6 months using Wheelio! It needs no more explanation, it just works.

Made the money back the first day. Completely blew my mind. I gained so many new emails it was actually ridiculous.

The app has great potential, however there were 2 main issues that lead to me uninstalling the app: 1) App allows fake email addresses to be used. After having people spin the wheel multiple times and tell us they had won one prize then claimed a different one, we investigated. It turned out people were spinning repeatedly using variations of emails. I then checked this, as we had some people use around 20 variations, and used a fake version of my work email, which allowed the wheel to spin. These emails were being collected and skewing the results, meaning we were collecting very little relevant data in comparison to the data that Wheelio boasts about. 2) There is no limit to how many times an email can be submitted. Again, we had one client use their email 18 times to win the prize they wanted. This was done repeatedly within a 10 min period, despite us setting the app to not show for 14 days after it had been spun. Again, I wanted to make sure, so used my own email multiple times to make sure this is the case. All in all, Wheelio have an app that could be great. But due to the issues, it invalidates all their stats, and lost us money on giveaways and discounts that slipped through the net before we discovered the issues.
