Fantastic team, great app. Honestly, one of the best on-boarding experiences and I've been in the space for 25+ years. I wish I would have implemented this in 2017 ;)

Wonderment is wonderful. It allows us to engage with our customers in a proactive and supportive way. We can address issues before they impact customer satisfaction. 5 stars.

I truly great app and support team. The immediate support from Sivan and her colleagues and the way they took responsibility for the installation made the difference for us between another tried and failed app and a frustrating experience and a great experience that leads to an app we will stick with.

Great overall. Price to value make sense. Has improved UX and reduced CX tickets. Plan to continue using. Have not had issues. Easy onboarding. Customizable to our site.

Wonderment made it easy for us to provide a superior post-purchase experience to our customers which has resulted in less customer support tickets. Less customer support tickets means happier customers and a more efficient customer support team!

Here at Krost New York, we really love to utilize every tool we can to boost the user's experience & find the best practices for post purchase options. Working & integrating Wonderment has been an easy and useful adjustment to our site & we are so happy with the results. Sivan has been especially helpful & we are looking forward to everything we can continue to see in the benefits of this application.

Wonderment is one of my favorite tools in our CX tech stack. This tool has empowered us to be able to communicate the entire after fulfillment journey to our customers and across our team internally. It's so much more than just sending emails/sms on the package journey, it has literally given us the ability to stay proactive for our customers if something goes wrong during fulfillment. Additionally, the order tracking page is highly customizable and we have been able to offer our customer's an amazing brand experience.

We have just started using this app and it's absolutely amazing. They simply build all you need to give your customers a fantastic experience about their orders, with a lot of information on tracking. All the email flows within the brand voice were customised for us and we didn't have to do anything. This was particularly good for me because I'm not quite a tech person... so, incredible job, Sivan and team! Keep up the great work and thank you very much! Ticiana and Leonardo, from Crochetree

This is the best app for value on the App Store. They help you with onboarding and the app does exactly what you need as far as tracking pages and customer emails. I’m leaving this review after a particularly great experience where I asked for a feature request on Twitter and the founder responded, built the feature, and launched it within 48 hours.

This is for the onboarding experience. We really liked how easy it was to install and implement Wonderment. I'll update once we are in it a few months, but so far, so good and we love the features!

When it comes to personalizing your customers tracking/shipping experience, Wonderment has made the job easier than one would expect. The $100 is an amazing price especially with the all the help their team is willing (and able) to provide to get you up and running and help with any and all troubleshooting you require. It's been awhile since I've fully trust another software team to truly have my customers best interest in mind and help me to deliver it. The idea that we switched Wonderment on right before BFCM and our office was closed, yet the Wonderment team assured us they would keep and eye out and make sure things continued to run smoothly was not only a huge shock, but an incredible look at how much they care for and want their customers to succeed. Shout to Sivan and Julie for continuing to enhance the customer service and making sure I have all the information!

I just switched over to Wonderment and they made the process incredibly simple. My old tracking software began putting key features behind a paywall such as seeing average delivery time and percentage breakdowns. I knew Wonderment was a better overall pick but I had reservations about switching just due to my personal time. Thankfully, Wonderment's team was able to get my Klaviyo flows set up and design my tracking page for me. They also turned off old emails and flows and turned theirs on. 10/10 service, the app is very intuitive, and I'm sure my customer experience will improve.

Wonderment has helped me with so many things already. We've only used them for a few months now but we've been able to stay so proactive with any shipping concerns that can happen in transit that our customers are appreciative rather than upset about the issue just because we were able to reach out and offer insight and solutions before they even knew there was a delay.

We just signed on with Wonderment. To date, we have been impressed with their great customer service and onboarding help. The app itself integrates beautifully--very simple, actually. We like the extra store branding that makes our customer's tracking journey much more pleasant and engaging. So far so good!

Wonderment has made post purchase experiences for the customer much stronger and on brand, it has given them a better place to view shipment details, and has reduced a heap of tickets related to order shipments (using the FAQ on the status pages). Plus, their support is unmatched. Super responsive, incredibly friendly, and always helpful. Easy recommendation!

Wonderment has really been a game changer for our company. Compared to other solutions on the market, Wonderment stands out with its powerful dashboard and its ability to make reports and look at and filter all shipments by carrier, status, and more. The email for transactional emails have been so easy to implement and helped to increase open rates for our company by multiples. I've had nothing but the best experience working with their team. They are talented, kind, and responsive. Highly recommend the app!

We've had Wonderment for over a month now and we've already seen a full-dramatic reduction in Support WISMO tickets. The app has been a game changer for us when we track our shipments. It allows us to be more proactive when it comes to alerting customers about shipping delays- improving the customer experience. There entire team is second to none! Always helpful and responsive to our questions. 10/10 would definitely recommend to any Shopify businesses.
