A big thank you to Emily and Declan from the Wholesale Club! They are amazing when it comes to customer service. The app itself is very easy to handle and it certainly is a must have when you are a wholesaler.

Install process had it's hiccups, but we were able to make progress once customer support got involved. We're happy with the product so far!

The app is great, but what I appreciate even more is the support. They are very responsive, helpful and positive. We've had a few glitches getting it to work just right for our customers and the developers have always jumped right on to fix any problems we have.

I selected this app for our Wholesale portion of the website. It hasn't worked correctly yet (installed at least 2 weeks ago) and despite reaching out to the team with screen shots and proof of mistakes the developers insist its perfect. I've disappointed and frustrated wholesale customers and lost sales. Now I've got to remove the app and start over. Save yourself time and money and pick someone else. I even reached out to the HR dept to try to get someone's attention. Horrible customer service and an app that doesn't work.

We switched to Wholesale Club after struggling with the lack of features in the Shopify Plus Wholesale system. Rob C provided amazing support and installation was done in a professional way. So far Wholesale Club has worked great!

We used this app to set up our brand's wholesale trade portal. It has all the features we needed to get our wholesale site up and running, and customer support was extremely helpful and responsive when we were setting everything up. Love it!

We looked at lots of wholesale apps, and this was the right fit for our needs, with the optional 'bolt-ons' it was good to find a solution from the same developer that covered all bases... and because of this, we knew that the solution was built to work together. Since installing the support has been absolute world-class, truly inspiring in fact, these guys do things the right way! Thanks so much, I hope to be your customer for a very long time!

Excellent support rom start to finish. Made a request for an addition to the app which was accommodated without issue. In fact every interaction with support was very friendly and efficient, so can completely recommend.

Wholesale Club makes sourcing product from my online store to brick and mortar locations super easy, and clean on the back end. There were a few small bumps in setting it up but the team was super responsive!
