The customer service is exceptional at WG. This alone is worth it's weight in GOLD! The app and functionality is top notch! This allows us to unify our sales channels in to one easily managed location and offer our customers the best shopping experience possible.

Thanks and kudos to the support and development teams for investigating and finally fixing the Bots bogus WS sign-ups. We truly appreciate your prompt responsiveness, support, and all your hard work resolving every issue we brought up over the last 4 years. Highly recommended app!!!

Really disappointed. After many years using Wholesale Gorilla, it no longer supports shop-wide tax rules on pricing and is therefore now useless. The whole point of this app is to plug into a consumer-facing website to offer wholesale pricing once wholesale customers log in. Due to Shopify's update on global tax, Wholesale Gorilla now can't handle the tax settings and the only workaround offered from their support team was one they said might still not work and involved a huge amount of manual input, and of course and upgrade to the Advanced Plan. I don't see how the Basic Plan would now work for any business. Such a shame as we'd had many great years using this app.

I just set up WG and I found it easy to do and easily merged with my Shopify Store. I had some challenges during setup and Tech Support was awesome

Had an issue with variant selection on my website. Ann was quick to help and get move my development issue to the right folks. It took a week or so, but Serhii was able to get it looking the way I asked.
