This app has been a great solution for managing both our retail and wholesale customers in a single Shopify store. Setting up different pricing for customer groups was much easier than we expected, and the wholesale pricing is applied seamlessly once customers log in. We also appreciate the flexibility with volume discounts and minimum order requirements. Everything has been reliable, and whenever we've needed assistance, the support team has been quick to respond with helpful solutions. Overall, it's a well-built app that has made our B2B workflow much more efficient.

I have had mixed experiences with this app over the may years I have used it and just got my faith back in it after Rob went above and beyond to fix some code and answer my many questions abut a wholesale code that was showing up to all customers on my shop app! It was not the apps fault at all but my web builders error. He also helped me fix shopify's buggy new log in integration. Thank you Rob! Sticking with this app seems customer support has gotten much better than in the past.

We've use the app for many years. It's very helpful! It offers a crucial, but rather limited functionality that extends Shopify into discounting based on Customer tags. It's crucial because Shopify's internal discounting tools are limited and don't allow us to reflect our discounting logic on those discounting tools. It's limited because it requires significant manual labor of managing the tags that trigger the discounts. It really needs to be updated to read Company Metafields, which is a great place to hold data about a Company, and apply it to the Customer Profiles. Supporting B2B features that Shopify introduces is a crucial part of the work of this app. I will try to update this review if they support the new B2B Companies features of Shopify.

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it. When I ran into an issue with a CSV upload, the customer support team helped me right away. Jack was incredibly patient and worked with the developers to resolve the problem successfully. Excellent support and a great app overall. Highly recommended!

Wholesale Hub has been a huge win for us; it's made it easy to offer our customers custom pricing along with some solid added perks. I did run into a hiccup today, but their support team came through. Absolutely awful customer service. I've sent in several help tickets because the app keeps throwing the exact same message at me: 'Install error. There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP.' What a joke. Nobody has reached out, and there's zero option for live chat. It's been days since my first request, and I can clearly see on the admin panel that they haven't even opened my tickets yet. Completely unacceptable!
