Jack and the team have been very helpful in what little issues there were while using the app. The app is a good alternative of shopify plus (ofcourse there are some limitations imposed by shopify). Its very easy to use and the price syncing is relatively quick even for a store with a large catalogue as us. Overall very helpful with the app and the support :)

She sent a video showing me exactly what to do to correct it. I appreciate all she did and so quickly. She even did a follow up to make sure things were still going well! I have had an amazing experience using this app. I wanted to be able to offer custom tiered pricing to certain customers as well as net payment terms. I am by no means a computer genius but Kay and the team have been so helpful in explaining things to me as well as setting it all up for me so I haven't had to try and figure it out on my own. The customer service is so thorough and very responsive. I would 1000% recommend this app to anyone looking to upgrade their website.
