This app is a real lifesaver for my business where I offer both wholesale and distributor discounts. The support staff is always quick to respond to make sure that I've got everything set up just the way I need it.

I am a brand new user and just attempted an install without assistance. Unfortunately, something went wrong. However, the team at B2B Wholesale was immediately on the issue and resolved the problem almost immediately. I am hopeful that the level of support continues and that I can get this product set up successfully, maybe with some assistance from this fantastic team!

The app is dead simple to set up, yet extremely powerful in its ability to apply discounts at varying levels. My business is really growing after migrating to Shopify along with our decision to deploy B2B Wholesale Hub to handle our B2B side. While the app is great, the support is even better. I submitted an issue that I was seeing outside of their listed support hours. Within minutes I heard back from support. We clarified the issue and another few minutes later the issue had been escalated to Shopify, as it was a Shopify issue not an app issue. I can't speak about how confident that makes me in using this app. Thank you so much!!

We been using this app for a while. We had issue conflict with retail & B2B customers checking out but Kay worked on the issues & fixed them & we were provided with a video clip to show us how it worked. We are very happy with the services she provided.

As a beverage wholesaler, Orbit makes it easy to control what customers see which products and having set pricing for individuals as well. The net terms for checkout is also very helpful to our business. The customer support team is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently worked with Jack and I had my issue resolved in no time. I highly recommend this app for your B2B online store needs.

If you need to do custom pricing or net terms with your customers, B2B Wholesale Hub is the app to use! Their team is always ready to help with any issues especially when you are switching themes. They make it seamless and ready to go! 100% recommend, best app on Shopify!
