Very helpful customer support. they answered all my questions and helped me understand how to solve the problems I was dealing with. they offer many solutions and help me to understand what they are doing to fix things rather than simply fixing them.

I've had a really great experience working with the customer service and developers of this app. I encountered an error in one instance of my usage of the app and reached out to their team. Over the course of a few days, with daily communication, they diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. I'd like to personally thank my contact Rob for the great communication. I use this app in combination with another app, to allow pricing overrides that can be applied to individual accounts; much similar to pricing tiers but with a larger bandwidth of flexibility.

Worked with Kate for a month but couldn't overcome a fatal issue when transitioning from the cart to the checkout. If you have more than 8 or so wholesale discounted products in your cart, you receive a shopify 'something went wrong' error page when trying to get to shopify's checkout page. Shopify's checkout times out waiting for information to pass through B2B's server. I was very patient working with Kate and she tried to have the developers change the polling but we never got past the error and I removed the app from our store.

We do have a fix that we have been working to apply to your store. It's difficult to test hence a bit of a back and forth. After uninstalling the Wholesale Club app it took Orbit four attempts at removing their left over code, each time leaving error after error until our variant selectors stopped working. We gave Orbit every opportunity to fix the issue but even after our theme developer confirmed Wholesale Club was at fault they ultimately denied it. Not only did we have to reinstall our theme and start again, it cost us many hours over the past three months conversing with support and trying to figure out our own solution. *Re: response. Emily, i'll happily send you the email correspondence with your support saying " we have successfully removed and uninstalled all code from your theme" (for the second time) and meanwhile ALL of our prices had turned to $0 with a liquid error message below. Your support then had another attempt at it which created the variant error. I can also forward you the correspondence with the theme developer if you'd like further confirmation. The biggest issue with Orbit aside from the incompetence is the dishonesty. Have some respect for your customers and admit when your wrong.

Alex hopped on to help me out and was super cool. They managed to get me sorted after I got stuck trying to setup a reinstall for a new theme, and gave me some tips moving forward on how to fix it myself if I need to. Also they're just fun to chat with. Keep up the great work Alex :)

The app itself has a couple of issues. But I will say that the customer service was excellent. Within a very short time they responded to me concern, and addressed and corrected the issue immediately. That means a lot to me, someone who is willing to listen to my concerns and is able to come up with a solution l, and in record time!
