Kate is off the charts good. Incredibly fast response time and issue solved in less than an hour (it wasn;t even their fault, it was something I was doing).

So far, the app is giving me everything I need to make selling B2B easier and seamless. We've just downloaded the app, the support was efficient setting up the codes and Kay was a great contact always following up during the process. I'm excited to start using the app especially when I have the confidence of great support behind me.

The app can be difficult to install/integrate for some people but when I encountered issues, I reached out to customer service and they were of immense help! Not only did they help integrate the application with shopify, Rob (customer service), also helped make customizations and guided me through the entire process with patience and a supportive attitude. Can't say enough good things about this app and the developers. Anytime we've run into an issue, we get a response right away. We have a massive amount of custom pricing for thousands of products and this app handles it seamlessly. *If you have a store with many products, the initial sync time is pretty long (as they are subject to Shopify's API times) but once that initial sync is done everything is incredibly fast. Thank you so much for solving all our complicated discount issues in one app! :)

あえて日本語で書きます。 顧客別の価格自体の変更も、割引率も設定可能です。のみならず顧客別の商品表示変更も可能で、注文用のフォームもあり、掛け売りもできます。大変すばらしいアプリです。 B2Bサイトを作りたいがパスワード保護はしたくない、商品価格は変えたい、そんな方に強くお勧めします。 I’m intentionally writing this review in Japanese. With this app, you can set different prices for each customer and also configure discount rates. Additionally, it allows for product display customization by customer, includes order forms, and even enables net terms billing. It’s an excellent app. If you’re looking to create a B2B site without password protection but want to adjust product pricing, I highly recommend this app.
