The development team's sincere and transparent approach towards users is remarkable. Not only do they provide quick and accurate responses and support, but there's also a sense of reassurance that they are truly by our side. In particular, Kay from Orbit continues to bring significant benefits to us. This app is so simple that its structure can be understood intuitively. As a result, it's easy to communicate questions and customization requirements, saving us from wasting time.

This app works really well for offering wholesale customers their own pricing levels, and also offers a few extra features to help with wholesale customers, such as Account Customer processing, minimum order amounts, shipping customisation, and a quick order form. Can't fault the support. They have quickly helped us solve a few minor issues.

Great app for wholesale, custom prices for different tags is great, wish the discount codes were still available but the app makes up for it. only small issue, uploading, csv can be tricky... for us it works great when using google docs, but so not much when using excel, (although this may be a "user error") Service is always excellent...

We have been using B2B Wholesale Hub for years now. It is always stable, provides flexibility, and has great tech support. I recommend that app if you want to offer a B2B option on your site.

This app helps us sort out B2B sales in an efficient way. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but pretty close. Helpful customer service from Orbit and easy to install.

This app runs pretty well and has made wholesale an option for our store. The response from support is quick and for the most part they are very helpful. I have had issues with discount codes being applied to wholesale accounts and that is NOT supposed to happen. When I tapped support for help they could not replicate. I sent them screen shots of the issue, but they still could not figure out the problem or resolve.

If we could give more then 5 stars we absolutely would! Working with B2B and Orbit was an amazing experience! Our process of changing from Squarespace to Shopify was a challenging one and creating exclusive rules / options for our wholesale buyers was made so easy by the staff. We spoke with several members over the course of the process and everyone was able to pickup right where the previous member left off. This allowed for no down days in between our endless questions and need of support. Again we cannot rave enough about this company and most importantly their employees. Kay, Jack, & Rob were amazing!

App does what is required... giving us the ability to provide trade and discount pricing. We had a couple of issue upload .csv file with trade pricing but the customer service was super quick at advising us how to do this
