The app can be difficult to install/integrate for some people but when I encountered issues, I reached out to customer service and they were of immense help! Can't say enough good things about this app and the developers. Anytime we've run into an issue, we get a response right away. We have a massive amount of custom pricing for thousands of products and this app handles it seamlessly. *If you have a store with many products, the initial sync time is pretty long (as they are subject to Shopify's API times) but once that initial sync is done everything is incredibly fast. Thank you so much for solving all our complicated discount issues in one app! :)

With this app, you can set different prices for each customer and also configure discount rates. Additionally, it allows for product display customization by customer, includes order forms, and even enables net terms billing. It’s an excellent app. If you’re looking to create a B2B site without password protection but want to adjust product pricing, I highly recommend this app.
